Cratol sees that the shield wall is down and then sees the summoning circle. He will spend a Ki point to augment his speed and head over towards the wizard to attack him to maybe break his concentration and the spell.
Out of Character: Step of the Wind: You can spend 1 ki point to take the Disengage or Dash action as a bonus action on your turn, and your jump distance is doubled for the turn.

Lia hears Fay and frowns worriedly. Seeing the mage look to engage him she knows he needs help quickly. It would be too dangerous for Fay to cast lighting at him so she will target the archers to clear a path. She flies up to be visible to her companions. She shouts towards the main group, "The mask is fleeing downstairs. Go help Jack. Hurry." She gestures down towards the area that Fay came from. Lia then looks back towards the archers and grits her teeth. The wand lashes down and a lightning bolt streaks towards the archers. She will then dart back behind the bronze structure.
Mari will continue to ambush cultists where she can from behind her companions.
Out of Character: :There is already damage rolled in my last post for lightning. If she can't target the archers and get back safely to cover then she will target them and remain in the open.

Out of Character: : I am going to essentially post two options for Poljen here. The first is if the creature appears in the summoning circle before his turn in the Initiative order. The second is if the creature shows up after his turn. If this gets to be too confusing, the Dungeon Master can choose whichever he likes.
In Character: :
OPTION 1: With a surge and flash of arcane energy, a large creature appears in the center of the mystical circle in front of the heroes. The barbarian from the north mountains cries out to his companions, "Go! Help Lia and Jack! I have this fiend!" He then charges into melee with the creature, letting loose with his familiar battle cry, "HYAH!"
OPTION 2: Upon hearing Lia's words about their quarry heading downstairs, a flash of inspiration comes to Poljen. "They shall not escape!" he yells as he turns and leaps from the battlements down to the courtyard. He then moves to the platform that lowers the wagons below ground and looks for an obvious way for it to work.
Zarra will try to dash towards were the mask was, taking neither the stairs nor the ladder but by jumping down from the level she was on to the one below. The drow hoping to do so without hurting herself, and then continue on. If able, she will also try to stealth when able to do so.
Specific Action: I will be using Acrobatics to try and get her down, with an Inspiration point for advantage.

Oswald watches to see the result of his shot before responding to Lia's words. He slides down the ladder and heads in the direction that she directed; comanding the Flaming Sphere to follow him.
Out of Character: Might as well use my Move and Bonus actions.

At Lia's words Velon's mind instantly turns to the fastest way to get over towards Fay and down. He charges ahead towards the corner and north wall, trying to dodge any cultists along the way. His eyes grow wide as the summoning circle appears but he keeps charging at full speed. He eyes the corner and wonders if he'll need to jump it just a little to avoid the circle, or if more magic will be needed. He's running short in that department, he worries.
Out of Character: Full move and Dash action to try to get to the corner and past before anything is summoned. In case something is summoned and leaping the corner by 1 square will do the trick, I'll roll athletics, although I'm not sure if there are walls or anything at the corners. If something is summoned and jumping the corner is not an option (Or is more than a few feet for the bulky Velon) the paladin will begrudgingly use Misty Step one last time. Might as well cut the corner as much as allowed by the teleportation in that case, so hopefully he'd be a few squares in along the north wall toward the archers.
Jack keeps following. The trio make an abrupt left. Throwing open doors that let light and the sounds of battle in, they step outside.
Poljen sees the object they seek on the head of an enemy and grins. "There you are! I was worried you were leaving the party just as we got started!" He charges right at the trio and unleashes two attacks on the one wearing the mask.
Out of Character: : Not Reckless, as there are two big goons who are no doubt going to deal out some damage…
