Listening to Velon's message, the drow has the thought that perhaps the paladin is too trusting and naive for the path that he follows. Still, Zarra gives him a nod at what was offered.

Once they are all ready to move out, Zarra will offer, "Lets get in and out as safely as we can. For myself, dying is not worth any amount of money." Sure, it can make life easy but only if you had said life to enjoy.

The cloud continues to settle, slowly sinking until there's a slight rumbling noise and it comes to a stop.

The cloud itself begins to disperse, settling first into a thick layer of fog that hangs very low. This reveals the castle described by Lawrance's familiar.

Once this happens, the cultists, with some cheering and fanfare, drive several wagons out of the stables and begin slowly making their way towards the ramp leading up to the castle's main gate.

The group begins to circle around the thing. They quickly find the cave, getting up to it will not be a great problem. It also looks like the rear wall will be scaleable given a good rope, and most of the guards' attention is focused on the front at present.

Out of Character: make a History or Arcana check concerning the castle.

Cratol gets his grappling hook out so that he is ready to scale the wall if that is what they wish to do. He continues to follow the others.

Velon examines the castle, cave, and rear wall more closely now, pondering the best approach. There's one thing he is sure of, however. "We stick together on this one. It was necessary to spread out in the last castle we routed, but we lost someone and almost lost more." He peers into the cave looking for more details.

Out of Character: . Rolling history/arcana (-1 either way). I believe I just rolled a ZERO on this check yesterday regarding the white dragons; mpressive. Also rolling perception on the cave to see more.

Lawrance, fascinated by the concept of a flying fortress, scans rapidly over the structure, the cave quickly examined and filed. The mechanism of the cloud generator also interests his imagination, but cannot unfortunately be examined while embedded in the soil. An indifferent climber, he doesn't bother examining the rear wall, as he has no idea what to look for. "While the fog lasts, we have good cover. We should hurry inside or up, as you choose."

Out of Character: : Rolling History and Arcana on the castle. Investigation on the cave.

She looks up impressed at this sign of power. Lorairies gets closer to the cave entrance and looks inside curiously." This is like nothing I've seen before. Nothing short of amazing." She looks up at the castle thinking of the gold inside. She calls upon Mask to bless her endeavors.

Specific Action: She will cast guidance to aid her in both perception and history.
