Lora smiles, pleased to see that this is the last guard in this tower. She crouches and moves on her toes towards the last guard. Moving slowly forward she has her sword ready to pierce his neck.
Out of Character: :I rolled for advantage on her attack in case the attack qualifies for it.

Poljen nods. "If we intend to remain here a while that would be a wise move. As would dressing someone in the uniform of the man below. At some point the guards will need replacing, and it will help keep the replacements quiet before we strike. But if we are intent on moving out now, we should all stay together."
"Absolutely, that is wise. Perhaps whoever has the correct size or look, or even a bit of magic to mimic the guard."
Velon will check the bottom room for any secret entrances such as stairs down, trap doors, stone that stands out as being a different color or less dusty from movement, etc. He will then close and bar the door if possible. After this brief security sweep he will head up top and give those in the lead a smile and nod at their excellent work. He's curious what the group can see from this vantage point, but doesn't stand in open areas where those outside could see, perhaps just peering around the edge of a door or window at most. He mentioned Lawrance's guard replacement idea if no one else is already undertaking the task.
"Now we wait. Let's gather as much information with our flying friends (Familiars) as we can during that time."
Out of Character: . Daishain is barring the door an option? I believe you may have said there were brackets for it if I remember correctly, but not sure about something to bar it with.
The door is closed and barred quite easily, and the group settles in to wait. Lawrance's familiar reports that the wagons are hauled up the ramp, and then through a door into the interior of the lower level structure. Rezmir on the other hand takes a few men as escort, and heads up the stairs and into the upper level keep.
A few minutes pass with no further activity, but the castle has not yet begun to move.
The familiar also gets a good look at a guard he'd dismissed as human before. Something seems off about her. The other guards seem afraid, and while the bird cannot describe it adequately, he just gets the sense that something wierd is going on.
