Velon does everything he can to release Tazskan in a hurry. While unlocking him he says "Hello friend, nice to meet you." "Take a minute to gather yourself, dispose of the guard in here if you would, and join us up the stairs to your right."

With that, he darts back out of the room again, taking half a second to slide his sword through the neck of the guard for good measure. "Amabalis, watch for trouble, please!" The paladin dashes up the stairs in silence once again to catch up to Poljen and the gang and find out how the situation has evolved since he left. He tries to go up the stairs just enough to peak his head around the corner and see the last of his allies as they enter Rezmir's room, at which time he removes his silence stone. He Messages "How many exits" as they enter, and takes cover as soon as possible pending a response, trying not to break the spell. He wonders if ogres will come around the corner at any second.

Out of Character: . Message to whomever enters the room last, so Velon has line of sight on them.

Cratol will push Poppo in the room a little ways and then pull lorairies into the room as he steps in with Zarra He bows towards the wrymspeaker. "This mage", he indicates Poppo, "Stated he needed to come see you. And this woman" he indicates Loriaries, "Stated she was to come here for your pleasure." Cratol will make sure that both Poppo, himself and Lorairies is spread out a bit with Zarra at the door closing it. He also makes sure the Lorairies is always facing the wrymspeaker so she does not see the shield on her back. Once the door closes Cratol will move with speed at the wrymspeaker in hopes of a surprise attack. He will attack her with his staff and use a Ki point in hopes to taking her out quickly.

Lora keeps her head down but not too far to observe the room to see what surprises await. She hopes that everyone can play their part. Lora struggles with Cratol to keep appearances up. Seeing Cratol lunge at the Wyrmspeaker she unslings her shield and a dagger appears in her hand. She dashes to Rezimir and slashes at her from the other side of Cratol.

Specific Action: She uses her free action to ready her shield and her bonus action to unsheath a dagger.

Out of Character: : It is a tough call Cinder. . I don't feel that he would have done that normally. We had to get the new character in the game. Otherwise it would have been a tremendously foolish move and would have brought Velon a lot of grief.

Upon the door closing, Velon will whisper to the others "Let's go!" He goes to the top of the stairs and looks for the ogres. If they are right there and see him, he will twin Hold Person on both of them. If they are gone, far away and not looking, etc. He will skip this, use his stone to stay silent, and try to open the door to usher the rest of the group into Rezmir's chambers, bypassing the ogres for now.

Rezmir's chambers are simply adorned, if with high quality furniture. As with most of the rooms in this place, it is notably larger than the occupant needs. There are no other doors, but there are two large windows someone could conceivably jump out of. Though the fall beyond is considerable.

Rezmir is on the far side, standing by her writing desk. She is not wearing the mask at the moment. The box with Goliath within is on the desk.

With her head down, Lora first spots a faint circle on the floor. A swiftly drawn magical effect of some sort lies in between you and her.

Upon anyone starting to enter the room other than Poppo, Rezmir holds up a hand and commands, "The halfling only, everyone else leave us immediately."

Lora notices with apprehension the magic circle. She shakes her head at Cratol and Zarra. Lora mouths "Stay back. Magic circle ahead." She looks to her companions to see what they will try next. A grin crosses her face as she has an idea of what she can do.

Out of Character: : I guess that Velon would receive a return message informing him of our situation. I'm not sure who was last in the room.

Hearing Lorairies say something about a magic circle Cratol will still continue with his action but will skirt around the circle cross by the bed area if possible to avoid the circle but still moving with his monk speed.
