The conversation between Nikolaos and the captured man proceeds as follows.
"I wonder how much longer it's going to be before the next sentry comes around? I've lost my sense of time sitting here in this room."
"Day shift should be waking shortly, I'd give it an hour at most before these fools are surrounded."
"You don't think they can get all of us do you?"
"No way, even if it weren't for Gundahar and Sandesyl, we have a wyrmspeaker on board. Rezmir will probably spend days making some of them torture their friends before disposing of the lot."
"Have you brought back anything interesting recently? I heard someone brought in a sundial that could tell time even indoors, that would be useful right now to figure out how long we've been sitting here."
"Haven't heard of anything of the sort, the shipments others bring in go right to Glazhael's lair. I'm not sure how you heard about anything in there."
"What do you think HE will do with us once he figures out we got captured?"
"I don't want to think about that right now"
"I can't imagine how amazing a life of a dragon would be. Can you imagine what that Wyrm's first memories might be?"
"I know, it must be glorious, to be the ultimate hunter. I keep dreaming of the frostwyrm ritual, I want to go through it again. It was really intense."
"Honestly I would settle for living forever even if meant not seeing the sun again. Where do you think HE rests during the day?"
"Sandesyl? Someone said she stuck her coffin somewhere in the cloud giant crypt down below. I think she'd kill anyone looking for exactly where though. I'm not about to mess with her."
"With all that time to see all your plans come together can you imagine what could be accomplished? What do you think HE is planning to do with his time?"
"Eh, who knows?
Out of Character: Okay then, there were some mistakes in the questions, but none were egregious, and a 25 was enough to overcome the penalty imposed, so, have fun with the information.

Ignazio thinks to himself, I didn't understand half of what they were talking about… I really need to read more. If only we had one of Volo's books.
He then whispers, "Did that make sense to any of you? I have had few dealings with vampires and dragons. They never seemed like enjoyable company."
Out of Character:
Nice work Nicolaos!
Whispering back "Unfortunately yes, I did. Shift change is soon, so we will be having company to deal with again and the item you were after is with the White Dragon in it's lair. On the plus side we have a rough location of the Vampire's coffin, where we'll have to go to kill it permamently, and it'll be day soon, so maybe the vamp will be handled outdoors. We need to be able to rest as long as possible to regain our abilities."
Out of Character: : If we didn't change course before, we should do it now. I know we discussed it, but we need to tell the Dungeon Master solidly. Have L & P figured out how to disperse the cloud cover? If not, does the fact that we can see clearly from within it mean that the sunlight is unfettered from reaching the castle grounds?
Velon nods at Zarra and Lora and looks over at the guards, then gives a quick snap of the head. They probably know what he is thinking.
"Hopefully we can catch the vampire sleeping in her coffin, and if we're lucky we can tie it shut, haul her outside, and kill her in daylight. Let's worry about the dragon last. We'll strategize once we see it's lair. By the sounds of it, the Vampire is in a crypt, potentially not the same place as the treasure horde. We still need to secure the castle first."
"Poppo, Lawrance, are we all set with the navigational changes?"
"Ok, here's the plan. We can't just keep going out looking for trouble with less and less magic. We must hope to rest longer to regain our energies. Keep the alarms up. When they come, someone needs to be ready to impersonate the wizard that was here. Who is best with words? A few of us will try to help guide that person's words, and a disguise spell of some sort may be needed. Ideally we do not open the door for anything, however. Our fake wizard must simply say that someone was trying to break in so he is keeping the door locked. He fears there is trouble in the castle and they should go searching. (Surely they will know that everyone upstairs is dead anyway when no officers come to breakfast.) . If it does not work, we let them amass outside and then we spring our surprise. We whip open the doors, Poljen, myself, Tazskan, Cratol, etc. Ready in a line to defend this room. Everyone else drops all of the magical effects they can on the mass of soldiers. One way or another, we MUST clear this castle of all soldiers before going for the vampire. If the castle is not cleared, we'd have to leave some here to guard the room, weakening ourselves. We must face the vampire and dragon as a whole group. Whenever we leave this room, we take the instructions with us. It is unlikely that many of our enemies can fly it, especially without that. The only risk is that they release our mystical friend here, crashing the castle. It would take a bold cultist indeed to do that."
Velon walks over and makes sure the door to the room is locked this time and, if he can't, he tries to bar it shut.
Out of Character: . Velon has +7 persuasion, so could do the talking. If not he will provide the Help action to another by using his Message spell to coach them on what to say to anyone at the door.
Velon stands quickly using the silence stone, and then removed the effect. He tries to silently get the attention of everyone awake, tapping his chest with his palm as if to suggest he will speak. He waives his hand in front of his face and then touches his throat as if to ask if any of the magic users can alter his voice. A few heard the wizards's voice, at least. He walks over to the Queen and whispers "Great Queen of the Clouds, would you happen to know the name of the wizard who was piloting this castle before?" He points to the wizards body.
