The Protector. says...

Tazskan, having got to his feet revitalized. Politely nods towards, Loraries. "Thank, you, "he responds.

Suddenly, a wall of ice materializes, completely sealing her with him. Separating them both from the outside cavern.

The wall of ice, seems only slightly opaque. To Tazskans horror, he witnesses Poljans body sent hurtling towards the other side of the ice wall. Smashing into it.

"No, not you," Tazskan gasps, he inwardly cringes, remembering the dragons breath, and huge set of sharp canines. That, came down on his own body.

But before tears, have a chance to well up. The Barbarian, seems to have miraculously got to his feet once again. Tazskans eyes widen in amazement. His sorrow, turning to joy.

"Mighty, Poljen son of Nels, it seems nothing can hold you down," he declares. A shiver caresses his spine, seeing the Barbarian stagger towards the Dragon. Ready to go again.

He turns to smile, at Loraries. "We cannot let our friend have all the fun eh,"?

Tazskan, nods in agreement with Loraries statement about healing himself.

"I don't mind if I do," he answers.
Closing his eyes,with his left hand, he places on his heart, invoking the Paladin "Lay on of hands," ability. He feels an instant transfer of warmth flood into his being.

Out of Character: Tazskan, gives himself an instant 15 Hit points (3 (Paladin level) x 5). Added to his existing Hit points now gives him a total of 26.

Velon sees the ice wall go up, blocking Lora and Taz, but that Lora's double remains and is able to cast spells. He smirks a little at this, thinking it is not a bad thing at all. His heart skips a beat as Poljen is wrecked by the massive dragon, but his confidence in their chances is reaffirmed as the Snow Leopard rises from the thrashing once more. 'If only I could heal him,' he thinks. Velon musters his own resolve and continues his attack on what is hopefully their final conflict for a while.

Out of Character: . Doing ye' ol' Wisdom save again before deciding on Velon's actions.

With the kobold dealt with, Poppo returns his attention to the dragon. Noting that more allies are in range of it, Poppo elects to fire a lightning bolt at the dragon instead of a fireball.

Seeing Poljen injured, Velon decides it's time to forgo his ranged fireball attacks and try to get the dragons attention. Bolstered by the urgency of the situation now, he charges forward into an area without any allies around trying to stay spread out, magical energy swirling around him. He strikes hard with the sounds of thunder and the flashes of radiant light. The group can see the dragon enveloped in the booming energy, daring it to move (If he hits, that is).

Out of Character: . Finally rolled a 9! Woo! Thanks to Bless for putting Velon over the top on his save. Moving to Q4. Booming blade attack twice with sorcery points. Will do a level 1 smite on one or both hits.

The Awakened says...

Nikolaos reaches towards Cratol with healing waves saying "Do not despair! We have this beast right where we want him! Watch as he now cowers to us!"
His lips then move silently as he whispers words that only Glazhail can hear. "You and your kind are finished. The age were dragons reign is over. You are but a worm to be crushed under the heel of Man. Lay down and DIE like the vermin you are!"

Specific Action: Nikolaos will move within 30' of Cratol so he can be within range to heal him
Use bonus action to heal Cratol with Aura of Vitality.
Then cast dissonant whispers with level 2 slot on Glazhael. Wisdom Save DC 14
Any remaining movement to stay within 60' of the dragon and take what cover he can.
Will use reaction to mitigate breath weapon with cutting words if the dragon uses it.

Out of Character: If he fails his saving throw he will have to use his reaction to move, hopefully triggering some attacks of opportunity. I'm also hoping to get him stuck in the tunnel entrance.

Zarra will prepare another round of firing to hit the dragon, trying to stay close enough to hit but far enough to not get hit while also seeking to stay hidden as best she can.

The drow will notice those of her companions getting hurt, trying her best not to get distracted since she had no healing capabilities though more and more Zarra was starting to wish that she had. Perhaps though there might be a way to provide such aid later, if by Eilistraee's will.

Out of Character: : I went with two attacks, if I need to do more let me know.

Round Four (Partial)

Lawrance levels another bolt of lightning at Glazhael as Poljen charges in to strike hard at the dragon, scoring yet another deep gash.

Glazhael takes to the air in response. He flies up to the ledge, landing near the two wizards. He appears to be greatly weakened, and having trouble controlling his flight path. The fog on the ledge disappears, reappearing inside the ice wall with Tazskan and Lora.

Nikolaos sends healing energy Cratol's way, then tries to harm the dragon's mind. It doesn't seem to have an impact unfortunately.

Glazhael stumbles about on the ledge, leaving bloody clawprints on his treasure hoard as he turns around to face the group down below. Opening his maw, he unleashes another storm of frost over the party.

Out of Character: I rolled a recharge for the breath, so things are turning a bit nasty. Tazskan and Lora will need to make a DC 10 Constitution save now, and for every turn they end inside the fog. For simplicity's sake, we'll stick with the average damage per turn, 10 cold damage, or 5 if the save is passed. Cratol and Poljen can roll an AOO for Glazhael's abrupt departure. Cratol, Poljen, Zarra, and Velon (And Lora's double, but that's less important) were caught in the breath and need to make a DC 19 Constitution save for half vs 61 cold damage. Cratol's turn was essentially changed by not having a target in melee range when his turn came, so Kn can redefine the monk's actions for this turn prior to the breath attack. Stopping mid round for now as the breath is likely to drop people and change plans.

Out of Character: : Poljen will roll his AoO, then he gets blasted with the breath. He currently has Resistance, so he is going to take 30 if he fails, and thus drop. But if he succeeds he will take 15, staying on his feet. This will be very, very close.
