Lia is racing ahead of the others. She approaches the back door where she hears yelling. Suddenly a man in brownish robes vaults the fence and runs away from her. Lia frowns assuming he is part of whatever is going on. She pulls out her bow and notches an arrow. Lia speaks one word with a commanding tone " grovel ". She will then move as far as she can towards him.
Specific Action: Lia casts command and will make a full 35' move. Her spell save D.C. Is 13.
Geoffroy enters the building to help Cratol, leaving the rest to the others as he does so, as a prayer is whispered with the words, "Lathander, may thy warmth embrace those in need of thy embrace." He sees his friend in conflict with another.
Light swirls from within, blossoming as flames of light and energy before moving to his hands as the Morninglord moves to where the monk is and he says, "Relax, I will get you patched up a bit, then you can focus on keeping hold of this guy." He considers the one Cratol is attacking, ready to aid, though Geoffroy focus on healing for the moment.

Life and light returns to Cratol once again almost as soon as he falls, as Geoffroy rushes to assist him with a prayer. The cleric can see a man lying beside the monk, he's scrabbling about on the floor, clutching his throat and suffocating.
Outside, the unknown mage glances back at Lia as she attempts to magically command him, but keeps sprinting.
Onwen and Sar'ai round the corner and see the mage about to disappear down another alley across the road.
[Your opponent is using the Run action instead of retaliating. There's now a 115' gap between him and Lia. Onwen and Sar'ai are closer, about 70' off. They still have their actions, so can try to impede the mage, or close the gap a bit by moving again. If Geoffroy wishes to save the dying fighter as well, he needs to act now. If he does so, roll a 1d2, on a 1 the spell won't open the ruined air passage.]
Lia looks perturbed as the man continues running. She sees that he is about to disappear out of sight. Lia notices Sar'ai and Onwen come around the corner and knows they are in pursuit of him. The cleric lines up her shot and lets the arrow fly, aiming at his legs. She watches the arrow race towards him and utters a pray to Sune hoping to stop the man.
Onwen will use a move action to close the gap enough for him to cast web in the space where the man is running to hoping to catch him as he flees. If possible he will cast web in such a way that it uses the walls of the alley as an anchor and block off the alleyway and catch the fleeing man.
What's better moment of pause to consider what he should do, Geoffroy finally decides that the suffocating man who do better alive than dead. Thus with another prayer, he calls upon Lathander to provide enough healing to keep the man alive and stable.
This, hopefully, will also repair the damage to his ruined air passage so that he is no longer suffocating and that he may speak. Maybe then they can learn what was going on here.
Looking to Cratol, he says, "If you are able, lets see if we can bond the man. This preventing him to causing anymore trouble." Hopefully, they could learn more by questioning him.
