Out of Character: : Backtracking as needed
"Hello, friends! You may want to listen to what's going on with Pol and Nikolaos." Lawrance repeats the conversation up to this point, pointing out how Pol and Nikolaos are pretending ignorance of each other for the benefit of the pretty possible spy. He'll keep reading their lips and repeating their words so everyone stays prepared. "This newcomer is rather opportunely here and with a lovely heart-wrenching story, too."
"I believe I can accommodate a private space in the room I have been renting. I apologize for the late introduction but I am Nikolaos Willahelm, awakened and herald of the Silver Blaze. It seems like my performance the other day led you to us."
"We are indeed looking for talented individuals to help in our adventures. I was just curious as to what you knew about us and what your intentions are."
Out of Character: I don't think it's unreasonable for Nikolaos to think that spending the last few days looking for recruits has yielded results.

"She wants to come along with us so she can tell our story? Hm"
"Hey Lia, remember that job we talked about…? Here's another chance." He gives her an elbow and a grin.
Velon sits back and watches the scene, also looking over his shoulder a little and scanning the room for any other people particularly interested in the party. He's curious as to how much attention this new entertainer, Poljen and Nikolaos have garnered.
Lia shakes her head." This is beyond suspicious. What convenient timing. I don't like the fact that someone came looking for me by name as well." She looks at Mari for a moment. "Do you know her Mari?"
Mari shakes her head." I have never seen her before. It is unsettling though. We should be very cautious. "

At this point, Penelope, who had largely ignored Nikolaos since meeting Poljen, turns to him and exclaims, “WHAT?!? You were one the whole time, too?! How many others are here!?” Her eyes begin darting around the room instinctively.
After a brief panic, she quickly begins to gather herself. She fixes her hair and smacks her cheeks with her hands, “Okay, okay, I can do this!” she says, her face now showing a determined expression.
“It’s a pleasure to meet you, Nikolaos Willahelm. Yes, please, I will follow you wherever you need me to go. A private room sounds perfect.”.
"Suspicious indeed, although we shouldn't be surprised that word of our deeds is spreading, either. A dragon killed in Greenest, showing up in a flying castle here two days ago and telling our tale in this very tavern; we're asking for this at this point. Still though, as you say, we should of course be very cautious here.
Velon continues to watch intently as Nikolaos speaks to the curious woman with the fine instrument.
Zarra, despite herself, could not soft from laughing softly in amusement at the bard's excitement and behavior. Of which, perhaps a few might notice. She will give a nod to Lia and Velon when the drow notices her, waving for her to come over and join the group.
Despite her own suspicions not being raised just yet, Zarra does have a dagger ready to draw and close at hand. The drow was still observing the newcomer herself, watching for in behavior or what she says that seems off. There is a chance that this person is not who she says she is.
Specific Action: Making a sense motive check, of which Zarra has expertise in.

Tazskan arrives into the rite of inebriation along with Velon, and Lia.
"I most definately, feel like a cold one," he says.
So his first task is to go over to the bar, and get a pint of ale. He sees, Lawrence, whom seems to have something on his mind.
"Greetings, Lawrence I trust you also had a good day,"? He says beaming a smile.
"Ok, Nickolaos I see, Poljen also, wait a minute, who is the attractive, strange woman with them,"? Tazskan, now whispers, as the others gave him the look to be quiet.
Then, he notices Zarra and Mari there also.
"Well, this is certainly interesting,"Tazskan says, not making a move yet, towards the strange woman.
