Out of Character: oh, right! (Laugh) my mistake
Yeah, that would make more sense…
(In character)
Sar'ai, glares at the mage, then stepping with purpose, moves toward her gear that had been stripped from her. She pulls one of her daggers from its sheath and begins to walk back toward the mage, a rather disturbing look of intention on her face the other members of her party that are present can clearly see…
While the others are messing about with floating monks and captured mages, the caravan finally arrives in town.
Tallis, having been informed of your approach, rides out to meet you, she asks that the wagons get stowed away in the fort while Sir Onthar accompanies her to speak with the governor. Her militia have been on alert ever since the obvious signal was launched.
She mentions that she hasn't seen your companions recently, but they were last reported looking into leads on the magical disturbance elsewhere in town.
Out of Character: a little ahead of schedule, but I'm not going to make people wait any longer.

Poljen thanks Tallis for the direction. "I would wager they were near where that pillar of smoke arose. The town is not so large that we should not be able to find it, eh?" He sets his horse to a trot in the direction of the launch site.
Nyzahr suggests mentally to Poljen they may try to find out the others' whereabouts by doing a bit of questioning with the members of Tallis City Guard. She herself will let the warriors do the talking and hang back and try to feel through the weave again.

Its not a longterm solution, but the best Lia can find are a bunch of rocks outside the building. By loading up the monk's pockets with enough of the things, Cratol finds he can walk on the ground, though his usual sense of balance is off, and his steps are weirdly exaggerated.
Out of Character: and we now have a moonwalking monk.
Lia laughs as Cratol walks around very awkwardly. " I can't wait to see you in action the first time. " The elf grins at him. " Bathing outdoors might be an issue. That isn't my problem though. " She walks off laughing for a moment then remembers the signal. " We must prepare for the worst now. An assault could very well be coming. Where is Geoffroy? He was here with us earlier. "
