After the third Ballista is delivered and set up Cratol will tell the others that he needs to see everyone in the dining hall. HE has news that the group needs to hear and this would be a good time to let everyone know all about it. Once every one has gathered in the hall he will tell them about the conversation he had with Lady Chasorth and the group that is heading into the serpent hills to possibly find and gain control of the white mask.
After stating the cost of conversion, Lawrance adds "I think we just need to leave it here with a deposit, and come back to have it installed when it is complete. It would be an invaluable defensive weapon, given the chance of our being attacked by more of the chromatic dragons."
"Also, since this news of a seeker for the white mask of Tiamat, we should move swiftly and see if we can curtail this ambitious Dwarf."
As to Velon's question regarding Perry's trustworthiness to join the group.
"I think, you should give Perry a chance," he says.
Out of Character: Tazskan went back to the castles dining room to join up with Cratol. After concluding Perrys test.
Perry follows the group into the dining hall to see a very fit looking young man giving what seems to be the Silver Blaze’s next lead on their adventures. Trying his best to avoid fangirling, Perry attempts to keep a serious expression while taking in the content of the young man’s recount of his previous conversation. Thinking to himself about the topics raised, Perry begins thinking hard to see if he recalls any information or lore that might have come up during his years in school as a noble or during his travels as a bard and circus performer regarding some of the topics raised, specifically about the area known as the Serpent Hills, naga tribes, or this strange White Mask.
After the young man finishes his relay of the conversation, Perry finds his new best friend Lia and taps her on the shoulder. “Psst, Lia,” Perry whispers, “not going to lie, I’m pretty lost right now, but who was that fit young man? Also, this sounds pretty serious, is it okay for me to be here?”
Out of Character: I'll attempt a History check here if it's appropriate. Perry is technically proficient in it being a noble and has traveled a bit. Dai, feel free to shoot me down on this, but hey, it's worth a shot! Gotta make those intelligence skills do some work.
Poljen had run into the dwarves carting the ballista to the castle and had opted to help carrying everything inside. He had been about to head back into town when Cratol had requested the group meet in the dining hall. Keeping quiet, the rangy mountain man had followed and listened.
"Velon, how long to these Serpent Hills? Using Skyreach, I mean. If we can get in ahead of this group, perhaps we can either ambush them, or beat them to the mask, or both." He studiously avoids eye contact with both Lia and Perry.

Perry tries his best to think about the topics the young man raised, but instead he finds himself being distracted by the young man’s fit form, “How does he look like that? He must train frequently. Hmm, I suppose being a member of the Silver Blaze requires you to be somewhat in shape. Crap, focus on the nagas, Perry, the nagas…
...
"Wait, maybe it’s more about his diet? I have been eating poorly of late.”
Perry recalls nothing of importance at all.
Lia looks at Velon with a stern visage. She then breaks into a happy smile." I'm surprised that subtlety is even in your vocabulary. If anyone gave that impression then it wasn't me." She winks at him. Lia then whispers, "We should probably tell the group soon. Otherwise all kinds of rumors can spread. I'll leave it up to you, the master of subtlety himself to break the news." She laughs softly.

Lia shares her opinion regarding Perry." I think we should let him go with us. We have done all the tests that can be done regarding intent. He did well in his combat test. If out group works as it should then he should never face a threat like Poljen. Don't forget that he can fly which should really keep him away from trouble.
_
She whispers to Perry," He is called Cratol Stormcaller. He has been with us from the beginning. Yes it is okay to be here. That should have been decided before you heard this information."
_
"I feel that we should go after this dwarf. That's what we have pretty much committed to do is stop Tiamat. The cult must be hurt whenever possible and these dragon masks need taken out of their hands." She looks around the room trying to get an impression of how everyone thinks on this issue. The elf notices Poljen pointedly avoiding looking at her. She frowns worried that her friend is angy at her.

Cratol looks over to Velon, "I think I will give the floor to Velon our leader as to decide once and for all who should be allowed to join the Silver Blaze as active members. If people still wish to join. For now let my Vote be known that Mari should not be considered at this time."
