The room appears to be a private bedchamber, for a mage of some power. A silver ewer and four matching goblets sit on a table in the corner. A locked chest sits by the mostly dryrotted bed. There's also a set of bookshelves, a quick look through the contents shows it to mostly be treatises on divination magic.
Lawrance also does his best to locate anything of interest, casually commenting as he searches about various methods of concealing objects, safes and such to anyone nearby.
Specific Action: History skill to aid and add 3 to one person who hasn't yet rolled their Perception/Investigation. Rolling Perception and Investigation, I'm not sure which comes into play here.
In Character: Once the searching is done, he will take a quick look through the books on divination, seeing if he can find any relevant references. (Research skill 3x speed).

"Oh look, wine!" Perry exclaims as goes over to the ewer. He picks it up and examines it closely, "Hmm, yes, yes a very fine silver. Reminds me of the ones we had at home at the estate. It has to be well-aged by now."
Perry will pour some wine out into a goblet if there is any. He will sniff it and swirl it around pretentiously if there is.
Seeing Perry pick up the ewer, which is almost certainly empty since the bed is rotted, Lawrance moves his hands under the book he is speeding through. The ewer fills with a cheap wine, tasting barely this side of vinegar that pours with ease into the goblet. Grinning and awaiting the results, he keeps reading the treatises.
Specific Action: Prestidigitation to create basic wine, flavouring it, while still looking at the books. (Robe of Eyes to see Perry,etc.).
Velon looks to his more light hearted friends as Lawrance prattles on about suddenly knowing… EVERYTHING, and giving a roll of the eyes. He then pipes up "Any wizards feel like detecting for magic here, or must I do it? I'm not really the best with these things, but… Poppo?"
Lawrance doesn't find much in his investigation unfortunately.
Oddly enough, when he attempts to fill the ewer with spoiled wine, his spell fails. Moreover, when Perry starts pouring, a thick blue mist issues from the mouth, settling neatly into the goblet.
"Hmm, can't say I've ever seen a wine like this one before. I hope it's not like the wine at the tavern. I didn't want to say anything, but it was awful. It had no terroir."
Perry seems to be complaining out loud about something nonsensical. He swirls the goblet and drinks the "Wine."
Out of Character: Oh god Perry, why did I make you a spoiled noble? This should be good.
