Targul isn't going to go easily into the protective walls of the fort while Poljen is out battling for his life against these creatures.
He'll attempt to wiggle his way out of the grasp of the hands pulling him into the fort and charge Cyanwrath with his enchanted great sword. With any luck, both he and Poljen would yet survive this encounter.
Seeing the situation erupt Onwen reaches into his component pouch and produces a small piece of cured leather, muttering an arcane formula he makes a quick gesture. The piece of leather disappears in a puff of dark blue smoke that quickly swirls around his body and forms into a smokey opaque armor beneath his robes [casts mage armor].
Geoffroy frowns, seeing his scourching ray seemingly having no effect on the Cyanwrath and turning his focus to the stomr lizard. Againt light and heat swirling around his arm to his hand as Geoffroy prays softly under his breath, gathering the energy of the ray before aiming it towards the two large beasts.
He will focus his attention on the one already harmed, to try and take it down. If he can, he will turn it elsewhere where most needed even back to Cyanwrath though it was possible he was immune to fire which is why he was so uneffected. The cleric will try to cover his companions still beyond the gate and watch for if they get into too much trouble.
Out of Character: Rolls made in other thread.

Sar'ai readies herself and pulls out her daggers. She then begins moving forward with the rest of the attacking force, though she will be moving at a quicker pace than those surrounding her, if able, making her way toward the half-dragon but not in an inherently obvious way.
Out of Character: she will use dash as a bonus action moving 60' closer to Cyanwrath if possible but still trying to appear that she is a part of the army.
Huddled against the battlements of the Eastern Gate, Nyzahr intones a haunting chant in the guttural yet strangely melodic ways of the Outer Planes.
For the first time, the voice of the albino half-devil echoes majestically amongst the assembled troops, rising above the walls and thundering upon the battlefield, a haunting song of loss and rage, of hopes forlorn and victories remembered from days long lost to mankind.
She will claim her bardic gift and inspire a hero ready to forfeit his life in a reckless endeavor, showing strength and courage in the face of the most terrible odds (And yes, she does realize she somehow manipulated his decision and is not in the least phased by that disturbing fact).
Out of Character: : Nyzahr uses her Bardic Inspiration combined with thaumaturgy to increase the volume of her voice and make it carry across to where the barbarian is fighting the lightning lizards.
Considering the normal range is of 60 feet (Which can perhaps be increased by the "Booming Voice" effect added on, on Dungeon Master's discretion of course), Poljen should hopefully get a D6 to use in his desperate attempts to defeat the beasts.
She will get ready to cast the Sleep spell on any enemy approaching the walls, avoiding the stronger creatures or the city's defenders and focussing on the human and kobold footmen instead (See dice roll for affected creatures' Hit Points).
For the time being she will do her best to stay out of sight in a well-protected part of the battlements, if at all possible.

Round Two
Poljen follows the storm lizards to the gate and attacks once more, but his blade skips off of the hard scales. Lia's arrow however finds its mark, driving deep into the creature's ribs.
Commander Cyanwrath strides forward and strikes at Poljen twice as his bardiche erupts with flame. The barbarian ducks the first blow adeptly, but the blade catches him on the second, and the flames dance off of the blade and onto Poljen's form.
Cahleth casts a spell along with with firing two arrows. Each find their mark in the lizard and Cyanwrath as an explosion of green thorns fills the area.
The storm lizards continue to move away from the gate, largely ignoring the blows they are taking, but the one the party has been focusing on is looking quite haggard.
A few more daring among the army leap through the flames, and seem surprised to find themselves unharmed. More of them start moving forward as it becomes increasingly obvious that the fire is just an illusion. One of them rushes up and tries to stab Poljen in the back with a spear, but the wily man slaps it to the side with his shield.
Once again, someone shouts at Poljen to take up the rope by the gate. He can hear the call over the din this time.
More arrows have been flying at the defenders at the gate. Two find their mark in Cahleth, and one in Geoffroy. Onwen's magical armor is immediately put to the test, as an arrow glances off of it. Two members of the militia slump over. One dead, the other badly wounded.
Several Urds (A variety of winged kobold) take to the air, and begin flying towards the gate. They seem prepared to harrass the defenders there.
Meanwhile, Sar'ai continues to work her way forward. A few people she brushes past shout at her, but none seem to realize the threat. Cratol and Targul find themselves back behind the gates. The former walks off to the side and rests for a few moments. The latter shakes off those who grabbed him, but the doors are already sealed.
[Between Cyan's strike, Cahleth's spell, and another arrow, Poljen took 18 physical damage, and 4 fire damage, so a loss of 13 HP after reduction. He is also currently on fire, and will need to make a DC 14 Constitution save at the beginning of his next turn. Pass, and the fire goes out, fail, and take 1d6 fire and need to make another save the following turn. Cahleth took 9 damage from arrows, and Geoffroy took 4.]

Poljen grins like a madman as the half-dragon assails him, but he does not deviate from his course. He will see this creature die, and hopefully delay the assault on Greenest's walls even further. He hears his comrades calling his name, and a small part of his mind recognizes Lia on the wall, appearing to look concerned about his well-being. For the briefest moment she could swear he winks at her as he once more strikes at the creature…
Lia grimaces as she sees Poljen in danger of being overrun. " Get out of there Poljen " she screams at him. Lia sees him continue to attack and mutters angrily. Shaking her head she clasps her amulet and calls for Sune's protection to rest upon the reckless barbarian. He feels a sense of peace wash over him. She then grasps her bow and shoots at the same stormlizard again. She prays to Sune as she releases the arrow.
Specific Action: She delays her action until after he goes so the spell can help him. She casts Sanctuary as a bonus action and shoots her bow as her action. The shot is the power shot again.
Out of Character: : I only rolled one round of action since the situation is so fluid. Poljen rolled a [Critical Hit]. He might drop the stormlizard. In the event he does she will switch to target Cyan.
