Silas waves as people start popping in, he looks tired,
"Greetings, a couple of things you ought to know, First off, negotiations for the white mask have started. The zhentarim are stalling for one or another reason, but I think we can at least convince them that the cult must not have it."
"Secondly, an interesting situation has been brought to my attention. It seems that the cult is laying siege to a mage's tower near the Copper mountains. One Uribar Fizzlebottom is supposed to be the owner, a gnomish illusionist. Apparently Uribar's defenses are quite formidable, the cult committed almost a thousand men to the endeavor, and they've been at it for over a month. One thing of particular interest to you, the one in charge there is one Commander Langdedrosa Cyanwrath."
Out of Character: Just a reminder in case it was forgotten that there is one other thing that was already on the group's plate, finding information on the Draakhorn, your lead for which was the wizard who disappeared into the sea of moving ice.
The Copper mountain range is located far to the east, on the other side of the continent. You would have to pass through Thay or divert a good distance around it to get there.

During the preliminaries of the discussion, Poljen is leaning against the back wall, looking almost disinterested. But when Silas mentions Cyanwrath there is an immediate change in the large man. He straightens up and steps forward a pace or two, and an anticipatory grin appears on his face as he says softly, "Cyanwrath… I'd been wondering when his scaly face would reappear."
Lawrance also heads to the control, interested in some new development in their goals. Gamliel now in the new form of a weasel, he curls around the back of the wizard's neck as they walk rapidly to the control room.
----------
Looking curiously at Poljen, Lawrance asks "Who is this Cyanwrath, and why are you interested in him? Do you think the cult is seeking another mask, to dedicate such resources to this task? I'd not be against bloodying the noses of the cult by snatching yet another mask from their clutches."

Lia caresses his hair." I'm sorry. I know that you are worried about Randall. If you want to seek him out at any time just say the word. I'll gladly go with you. The others can carry on without us. Maybe Lawrance knows of some way to learn his whereabouts."
Lia looks in surprise at Velon as they are summoned to the control chamber." Here we go again," she mutters. She nods to the others that gather in the chamber. Lia listens intently as Silas shares his information. Hearing Cyanwrath mentioned she isn't surprised when Poljen reacts as he does." So, we are about to cross paths with Cyanwrath again. We do owe him a debt I do believe. No reason to be negligent in repaying our debts." She smiles grimly at Poljen.
Perry wakes up, his head is pounding. "UGHHHH, this is terrible," he complains to himself. He slowly gets up and, in zombie-like fashion, makes his way to the kitchen. He clutches his head and softly mumbles obscenities as he goes along. Once there, he drinks a lot of water and grabs some pastries, some fruit, and some coffee. He takes it all back to the dining table and lays his head down upon it, "Oh my goddess, why do I still do this?" he mumbles from the table.
After finishing a quick meal, he walks by the portal room and sees discussion going on. The party sees Perry in purple and gold silk pajamas and slippers as well as a purple nightcap embroidered with gold peacock feathers. He has a pained look on his face as he clutch his head with one hand and holds coffee in the other.
He stands in the doorway and simply says, "Don't forget about the horn."
He leaves and goes back to his room for recovery.
Velon looks at Lia and gives a very sincere "Thank you" regarding offering her aid in finding Randall. "No, we must stay the course and hurt this cult as much as we possibly can."
Velon scowls a bit at the mention of Cyanwrath and looks to Poljen with a nod. He quickly asks the others "To the Copper mountains and our old friend Cyanwrath, then?" Assuming there are no major objections with very good reasoning as to why they should say no to Irdeith here, Velon turns to his mentor once more. "We will make haste in going to aid this Uribar, then. Many here will enjoy putting this castle to good use if there are a thousand men at the siege there. What more would you have a us know, Irdeith? What news of the Well?"
Velon also addresses the group as time allows when not speaking with Silas. "Would someone tell the elves that we must depart? Lia, perhaps you could fly down and thank the King one last time? We should leave within a few hours, no more. If any have need for supplies perhaps they can be obtained here. Also, perhaps we should ask the King if he can spare a few extra wagon loads of stone or lumber? Lawrance and the rest of the crew can finally test their theories on dropping such things on our enemies!"
Meanwhile, Tazskan is up and about in the castle. He wakes up, has a face wash, then a breakfast, and coffee.
As soon as he heard that Silas, wanted to talk in the control room, he stopped what he was doing and headed there straight away.
He, goes in stands back and listens to the conversation.
"So the cult, is laying siege to a mages tower, owned by a Gnome illusionist, that is a very interesting development," Tazskan, says.
"So, how are we going to deal with that, investigation first, attack second, or the other way arround,"? He says with a raised eyebrow.
