Poljen listens to the ideas for grabbing a soldier. "Yes, we would need to spirit him away without alerting them to our presence at all, if possible. If you are spotted, I would suggest that spell that will move you up to 500 feet, and have the platform waiting for you. That should get you away cleanly. But I agree that a simple soldier would probably not know much. Taz, as you look around with your dragon, see if they have any small patrols around the perimeter. Maybe we could quickly take a small group out, and bring back their sergeant. Heck, we could even bring back all the bodies so it looks like they deserted."

Perry disguises himself as a dragon cultist and wears the holy symbol of Tiamat, he deepens his voice a bit and says, "What do you think? This disguise look believable? I'm ready to go down and infiltrate their ranks. Mari, are you ready? If things go poorly, we will have a code word. The code word is a tyrannosaurus rex's roar. If you hear that, then start dropping rocks."

Out of Character: Let's just do something already if we aren't getting any information from anything. I'm not sure if Thomas is around to come with. At this point I consider Zarra to be Schrodinger's rogue.

Velon is baffled as to what is really going on and why they cannot gather even simple intel with their familiars. He's also trying to remember why they are here at all and ponders just moving on to go find the horn, but knows people must be pumped for a good ol' rock droppin' party and that at least one would like another stab at Cyanwrath. How much could unknown anti magic fields hurt a castle that flies via magical means anyhow, he rationalizes. Why investigate further? What could go wrong?*

Velon observes Perry and Mari getting ready, snaps out of his confused stupor and chimes in. "How do you two want to get down there? We could use the platform after dark, and then some of us could go with you and wait a good distance away? We won't be able to help you at all really if we stay up here. If you get caught, we'll be forced to negotiate with Cyanwrath and probably surrender to keep you alive, so we'd like to be able to help. Perhaps an illusion could be used to hide the platform while in the sky, if you want to go now?"

Yeah Thomas hasn't leveled Zarra yet, I believe, right? Hard to include Zarra here until that is done and we know he's active.

She looks to Velon and hears him out." There will be no negotiation for our surrender. We know what we are getting into. It would be senseless to give up this castle and surrender the group to get Perry and I back. If we are caught, we are on our own. The mission and group are more important than any individuals are. Are we in agreement?"

Once everyone is ready to go, Perry will go down with Mari. On the ground, Perry will turn to the disguised Mari and say, "Well look at us dear, doing infiltration missions together. The two most dangerous, stealthiest, trap disarmers of the Silver Blaze working together to deceive our enemy. No one will be able to stop us."

Velon gathers up his hammer and other items and gets ready to descent on the platform with the rest of the team. He leaves his cloak behind in favor of the new circlet found after defeating Chuth.
