Poljen tries to resist when once again Cyanwrath's sword echoes with thunder and lightning, but this time he loses his footing and slams to the ground below the construct. He can feel the fear still in his mind, but then he feels the most powerful surge of Lia's divine healing ever, followed by a second smaller wave, and grins. He gets to his feet, somewhat unsteadily, and grins at the man before him, who is focused on Morgaine.
"I'll handle this one," he growls and begins to hack the man down. He knows he still may not be able to go after Cyanwrath, but hope springs eternal.
Out of Character: : Rolling two attacks. If the first takes down V-6, he will use the rest of his movement to Y-11 and use the second attack on Y-12, assuming he doesn't choke on the Wisdom Save. Then he will try to Save against the Fear. If he does, and that mage is down, Bonus Dash to R-6. If he fails it, no Bonus.
Velon helps clear the field but knows he needs to get to Cyanwrath soon before he causes too much more havoc. The paladin seems magically persuaded not to try to strike the mage next to him and instead just gives him a stern look of warning regarding what might happen to him if he attacks Velon again. At that, Velon dashes across the battlefield with haste, looking for the half dragon commander on the other side of the construct. As he approaches, he has a few words of his own for the one who attacked so many towns before Velon ever met Lia, Poljen and the rest.
"Well if it isn't Tiamat's favorite lap dog. Don't worry, you aren't the first fool to focus solely on Poljen only to swiftly fall to the Silver Blaze. Oh, and this is for Dawnrun." At that Velon starts unleashing his rapid hammer strikes upon the cult commander.
Out of Character:
Velon could go around either side of the construct to get to Cyanwrath with haste up, especially if one gives him a flanking position in any way.
Shield or absorb elements is very much on the table here vs the half dragon.

Mari strikes at her opponent once more, biting deep. A few moment's later Perry's daggers join her strike, bringing the man down. Poljen, feeling much better after Lia's healing, and in sync with more of the daggers, brings down the man in front of Morgaine, who in turn shifts position to fire her bow at Cyanwrath. Unfortunately she misses, and the precious dragon slaying arrow skitters off behind the commander.
Cratol strikes at the last warrior standing, but does not bring him down, Spring has worse luck, missing entirely. Tazskan follows suit, striking out once more with an attempt to drain vitality from the man near him, but he misses as well.
The last mage, left alone at last, runs across the field. In a high voice, he begins chanting a prayer to the glories of Tiamat. Energy settles over himself, Cyanwrath, and the heavily armed man in front of Cratol.
Autumn shifts further to the side, cranking back for another shot. Meanwhile, Velon streaks around the construct to deliver a single blow to Cyanwrath. The big man takes the strike easily enough, snarling back, "Don't be too eager for death, scion of the traitor, I'll get to you soon enough."
The construct weakly turns and spits something at Cyanwrath, a large glob of acid that sizzles and burns. The half dragon bats much of it off with the flat of his blade before moving away from Velon. The paladin attempts to strike him in response but misses.
The commander shifts position, and opens his maw wide as he unleashes a long streak of lightning. It rips its way through the construct, Spring, and many of the party. Spring goes down, twitching. Perry's daggers drop to the ground, torn from the magic keeping them aloft. The construct staggers as something else on it blows out, but its still moving for now.
Out of Character: Cratol, Tazskan, Mari, and Poljen all need to make DC 18 Reflex saves for half of 51 lightning damage.

Poljen felt Cyanwrath's electric blast through every single nerve ending in his body. Briefly his hair stood on end, but thanks to Lia's timely healing, he was able to weather that particular storm. He looked over to the half-dragon, and again his insides felt cold. He cursed himself, more angry at his inability to overcome the fear than at Cyanwrath for magically instilling it in him. But there was still a mage active on the battlefield, and he had just cast some sort of spell on himself, the remaining warrior and Cyanwrath. Poljen decided he could do something about that…
Out of Character: : Poljen moves to T-13, and Reckless Attacks twice, having already saved against the Mage's Sanctuary. I will add another Wisdom Save attempt against the Fear… dang that thing is kicking my butt!
