Well if that is what you wish, I have no issue with such. You understand what Geoffroy would be disappointing but Poljen would care. Well, that could make for some interesting situation.
Elyria could be interested in the additional training, but would ask her brother for permission. As remember, she is his squire and thus in charge of her training. Geoffroy would likely agree, perhaps with some hesitation..
As a cleric/knight, he would see benefit of his squire learning how to fight and train with others, especially the way of combat between himself and Poljen so Elyria could learn more among both then only with her brother..
I see all kinds of tension possible with this. It should be fun *smile* Lia will thump Poljen in the head if need be. She would almost need a ladder to reach it though. This is going to be a lot of fun. How old is Geoffroy and how old is Elyria?

I see Geoffroy in his early twenties and Elyria in her late teens, though I'm uncertain if I actually decided on an exact age for either. I can double check.
One thing I have been considering is whether or not to have Elyria be under eighteen years of age. I'm not certain if such may exactly matter, as humans are generally considered to be an adult at a younger age in many medieval/fantasy settings, but for some it could make a difference.

I don't think it would matter if she was under 18 to most. A hundred years ago people lived shorter life spans and had to mature earlier. It wasn't uncommon for people to marry at 14 etc. It would be the same in the Forgotten Realms setting. She would be seen as an adult at 15 in my opinion. Others might be bothered by it. I can only speak for myself. All these children in the group. Lia is 110 *smile*.

Hmm, then perhaps 19/21 for Geoffory and 15/16 for Elyria?
Admittedly this is in part because I don't want their to be too far apart, and there would be consideration in how both notably already have an older sibling.
Though I had not considered such before, there is potential that another reason why Elyria decided to follow after her brother as his squire was because perhaps their parents had been discussing potential suitors and her future around this time. The idea being she did not want to be married off, so went off adventuring with Geoffroy.

Yes, which is why the idea came forth I believe. Sure, them being close and Elyria wanting to stay close with her brother is a fair enough reason, but wanting avoid being married to someone she didn't love could strength why she would risk sneaking off.
This could also offer a stronger reason for why Geoffroy did not send his sister back to his parents, not wanting to see Elyria married off either. The young man considering that at least by allowing her to be his squire the cleric could watch over her and help the her discover the path she should follow.
