Hmm, so I'm kind of seeing an issue with posting two rounds worth of combat at once. There are already a few examples at play such as some of the characters may be posting under the assumption that faerie fire is still active and giving them advantage on their attacks, but let's say everyone posted both rounds with advantage but Sar'ai takes a hit and must make a Con save to maintain and fails, then that entire round's worth of advantage attacks is invalid.
The same applies to Tagul's current situation. He is posting his two rounds under the impression that he will possibly be paralyzed for both, but if the mage takes a hit and loses concentration, then Targul could possibly have both full turns, but he would have already missed out on them.
Also, this brings into question reactions. As of right now Sar'ai does not have the ability to cast counterspell, but eventually she will and I can see some potential conflict there of seeing two rounds of a mage casting things only to reply after the fact that "Sar'ai countered that fireball on the mage's first turn, so none of that damage applies". And the same with healing, etc…
I don't know, maybe we need to figure this out first, because if Sar'ai would fail her con check in round 1, she probably wouldn't do whatever it was I had already posted for the second round.
Indeed, there isn't an easy answer to that I'm afraid.
I wanted to aim for 2 rounds as a balance point between letting some of the more complex fights take weeks to resolve, and limiting people's ability to adjust to changing circumstance.
I do intend to be flexible, and offer chances for people to deal with issues like this. For instance, when counterspelling is on the table for her, I believe I will start asking Sar'ai to make Arcana checks. If its high enough, she'll get some advance warning on any incoming spells and get a chance to continue with her action or make the counter attempt, before things resolve.

Ok, so what is the current situation? How many are still glowing from faerie fire and what is the current distance between Sar'ai and the mage?
The enemy leader and two of his tougher men at the center of the line are still glowing
I assumed you snuck up into the bushes for cover with the rest. If so, the distance between you and the mage is right at 55'
Just waiting on Sar'ai and Onwen at this time.

Lia cast Healing Word on Geoffroy, increasing his hit points by 8 and leaving him at 9 hit points total. As such, he should have 4 hit points left and still conscious.
