Can you give us an idea of distances so we know them for archery and spell purposes? Also, please keep in mind that it's dark and that may help them not recognize Poljen… things look different in the dark.

Oh indeed.

In any case, stopping the minute you have a good view of them, you're about 250 feet from the main body. It is dark enough you can move up to about 100 feet away without real risk of being spotted, but being heard or smelled might be another issue.

In the latter case, the main issue are the drakes patrolling the outer perimeter like guard dogs.

Other than the drakes and their handlers, most of the foe are clustered between the main doors of the buildings at present.

EDIT: Oh yes, and don't forget you have the militia to help out, they're looking to you guys for deployment, but will if left be simply hang back and shoot at likely targets.

I am hoping that Cratol gets a surprise on them due to them seeing a injured person who can barely walk turning out to be a very agile and quick fighting man.

Quick update here: just realized the Hellish Rebuke ability for tieflings is cast as a second-level slot, so comes another 1d10 of damage for the roll.

Could have sworn we were missing a few more. Main post incoming.

We are missing Geoffroy's input, but Thomaslee has been extremely busy of late. I hope he can return in earnest, but until then…

Would a normal move for Lia get her clear of the fog? If so I will edit her action to just a normal move and shooting.

The fog is a 20' radius sphere. A normal move action to either side or forward would get you clear. But that movement will also include you getting off of the roof, which was likely the mage's intent.
