Lia tries to dive out of the way as the lightning comes towards her. She manages to avoid the worst of it but she is in excruciating pain. Her hair and clothes smolder and her skin is burning in agony. Lia looks behind to see if anyone else was hurt. Seeing Nzayhr and Cratol crumpled on the ground she growls in anger. Holding her amulet aloft she calls upon Sune. " Please restore them to life great Mistress. " The amulet flashes brightly and Cratol and Nzayhr are wrenched out of the icy clutches of death. She turns around and sees Onwen dying on the ground. Lia advances towards the enemy mage. She grasps her amulet and calls for aid to Onwen. Healing energy infuses his body restoring him.
Specific Action: She will channel divinity granting Nzayhr and Cratol each 10 hit points restoring them to consciousness. She will then use her move going towards the enemy mage. Lia will use her bonus action to heal Onwen with Healing Word (Level 2).

Yes, it was her channel divinity. I will move the post and edit it to add Onwen in. Please disregard healing word at this time.
I'm seeing a pattern here. Every enemy we face is throwing lightning at us.

Kyr, lightning = blue dragons… makes sense!
Anyway, not sure Nyzahr will regain consciousness since the lightning blast brought her down to -17 HP: even with Lia's help, she should now be at exactly -10 HP, right ?
Not sure what the 5e rules are on this. I'll post some Save vs Death rolls in any case.
One more question for Daishain: the blast caught her while casting Thunderwave? If so, would she lose that spell slot?
5e rules don't do negative HP
Nyzahr is at 0, and would need to make death saves, but will be conscious upon receiving any amount of healing, something that Kia will do before death is possible. (If a bleeding out character isn't struck again, the fastest possible time they'll die is three rounds.)
Instant death is still possible, but a single hit must do enough damage to equal both current and max hit points added together. (So a character with 15 HP and 20 max HP must be hit for 35 damage to kill with a single blow)
Note that I have a houserule stating that you gain a level of exhaustion upon being brought up from 0. You can get rid of it via a long rest.

Good sir,
Woulds't thou describe the scene around Fay and Lia. In particular, are there others to fight or have we mostly cleared the field? Do we need to dispatch those sleeping? Have they already been taken care of? Or better, take some prisoners.
Group,
Prisoners sound good?

Nothing left is opposing you. Two hostiles are fleeing the field at the moment, well away from pretty much everyone save Poljen. Everyone else is dead, bleeding out, or in the case of the mage, snoring.
If prisoners are on your mind, there are a number you could save in addition to the mage., but I should remind you that you're likely to have your hands full shortly with prisoners that you actually want around.

Prisoners sounds good to me. We shouldn't kill them in cold blood and we can't just let them go back to their friends. Maybe we can make some kind of prisoner exchange to get some of ours back.
Great job everyone! Between the dragon and this group we defeated that is quite a blow to the enemy.
