Before providing a path can you give us some info. Where are the bulk of the towns sending this force located? Are they to the north or south?

As to the reinforcements. One group is deploying from the city of Baldurs Gate, it will arrive first, but is coming from the wrong direction to intercept.

The other hails from Iriaebor to the east, they were still a ways off at last report.

Sorry, I should have been more explicit. The group coming from the east, is it straight east, north of east or south of east. That would make a difference which path Lia's group would take.

Also, are there any potential targets for Cyantwrath nearby? If so, on the road, north, or south? Do we have that knowledge? Thanks.

Coming from pretty much due east at the moment. Check the Faerun map in my SRD, it shows the major roads around here, along with where Iriaedor is relative to Greenest

It doesn't show all the settlements around here however, among them is a small and easy to pluck village to the northeast of your current position. Tallis can tell you about that bit if no one is familiar with this region. If Cyanwrath is going for it, he'll turn north in a little less than two days, along the road towards Elturel.

I'm not sure Fay would this area this far away from Yartar. If Tallis knows then that is probably our info source. If you think Fay knows then he is. Either way, we should probably take the north route and warn them. That, of course carries danger. South is safer.

Fay should know at least a little about the major cities around here and the trade routes between them. Such things are important to a lord's son. Probably wouldn't know about the village unless he'd passed through there, or taken enough of an interest in the area to do a bit of extra research.
