If we decide to do something it'll be a near run thing. We'll need to plan it well and then maybe make a contingency or three if things go haywire… which they always do. My favorite saying when I was in the Army was telling people a plan only last until first contact with the enemy… because those crusty buggers never do what you want then to do.
As long as I don't get a call out for work, over the next hour or two I intend to put together a pretty detailed post for the immediate future, and some possible contingencies. People can keep posting thoughts, ideas and suggestions and I will do my best to incorporate them.
Maybe we free the prisoners and bring them up on the cliff where we are now. There is only one way up to it. We could defend it well and send rocks flying down on their heads. Water for everyone would be the only problem.
It should be noted that getting a hundred people up will take quite some time, you'd need a hefty head start. In addition, it would not be correct to say that is the only way up. Its just the easiest in the area Poljen was looking.
On to other matters. Sorry to Ashdrunbar, wherever he is, but I'm going to have to call it.
Nyzahr, for reasons of her own, remained behind in Greenest, you are uncertain where the albino tiefling is now.
Dark and disturbing turn? Oh dear… so when the prisoners are being lined up for slaughter, well, I guess I may have to send the whirling dervish of death down into the midst of it, to help cause as much commotion as possible to facilitate some sort of extraction. Of course, you might have something else in mind… but that's where my mind went first. Something worse than that? Yikes…
Um, yeah, sure! I meant ALL OF US! That's it. We all go down and just start mowing 'em down! Yeah! Those that can heal, keep healing us while we just mess them up! Then when the reinforcements arrive, they will have a smaller army to deal with…
