I'm not concerned. After all our group has faced down a dragon plus a neck-ro-mancer and his minions *wink* I'm a little bit concerned to hear about the dark and disturbing turn of events. That could mean a lot of bad things.

Kyrroeth,
That is a good point. Perhaps Poljen should stand atop the mountain and provide them an opportunity to surrender. If they don't take it we should give them three days to receive reinforcements to even things up a bit before the six or seven of us attack *wink*
As far as the dark event to come, for the life of me I have no idea what they are. But I bet they focus our little group like no other event in their lives. Hatred is a great motivator.

Okay everyone,
Looks like my connection will be reestablished in the coming days. So looks like I´ll find a way to keep posting once a day or every second day as I used to within the end of this week.
Latest post see in main thread !
Sorry again about the impromtu absence.
Are you sure you're done? I seem to recall you mentioning posting again before.
In any case, as to your query, mapping an illusion to a person is fiendishly difficult even if said subject is staying still. To be sure that you don't get graphical clipping issues, the illusion would need to be a fair bit larger than the person you want to hide.
That's not really a problem if staying still, passing off a big rock as just a rock isn't tough. But on the move… not everyone in the camp is drunk enough to not question the sight of an ettin walking by.
If you have a particular idea though, by all means run it by.
I want to get an idea what the party wants to look for first. My thought is to search the cliff face last, as that is probably the most dangerous course. I say we nose around tents and see if we can learn anything useful. Maybe even see if we can charm someone into telling us the truth.
