Yes, if you know which of the party will be moving forward to take on The scouts, just go ahead and post an update on the scenario. Those going can post their reply to it and everything can move on from there.
Geoffroy, he's going to sit this one out given how you already has the exhausted condition and have some more healing that needs to be done.
Actually, quick question what are the penalties for being exhausted? Maybe I'm playing it too safe and the penalty is not too severe for him to still help out a bit if healed.

Its a scale that increases in severity as you gain levels of exhaustion.
For now, you're only at stage 1, which imposes a disadvantage to ability checks and skills.
A Long rest will get rid of that. But no, I wouldn't expect it to prevent him from aiding his companions. Just try to avoid getting grappled .

Okay then, so I'll see about having Geoffroy just get a bit more healing, perhaps from Lia. He should be mostly fine if he is at full health and stays out of trouble.
I will have him join in either taking care of the scouts or in surrounding the Southern Camp. I'm fine with either, so again given his heavy armor I do wonder if trying to sneak up on scouts would be the best choice.

I'm fine with Lia going to either the northern camp or ambushing the scouts. She has a disguise kit and can appear as a human male. I'm thinking she might be needed more with the prisoners if they need healing but I'm open to either if others think differently.
If disguising and passing ourselves off as others, Sar'ai would probably be best fit for the group headed to the northern camp as she too has a disguise kit (As well as disguise self) and probably the highest deception. Alternatively, if there is just the one guard, she could try charm person and just have him spill his beans *smile*.
That sounds great Brandonfett. Sar'ai and Lia can rescue the prisoners. Lia will let Sar'ai do most of the talking to persuade the guard. She will be ready to heal or aid the prisoners if needed. We can let the " boys" handle the scouts.

Yes, that does sound like a solid plan. Just one thing for Daishain though, were there any females among the bandits or perhaps even the mage? Was the mages gender already determined?
