Just give me a shout once Geoffroy arrives and I will try to get everyone back on their feed while throwing some cover fire at the beast. Thankfully I believe his spells have a bit of range so possibly he can avoid getting too close. If not, I feel everyone surviving is more important then killing the beast right then and there so I will possibly have him advise a retreat.

It's too late to retreat now. We will probably have to kill this thing to get Poljen out of the hole.

Okay, once more time to push all chips in. It will get to do its damage before Poljen goes in any case, so I will do my attacking and hope for some decent rolls.

Lia failed the check, but not by enough to fall down again. As of round 7, she's just stalled a little more than halfway up. She'll get to the top during round 8 and still have her action available, along with about 15 feet of movement left.

I'm thinking I'll be generous and have Nyzahr and Geoffroy arrive in the hatchery together at the end of round 8, and able to join the fight in round 9.

Nyzahr is certainly free to use the spear, whether or not it provides any benefits without attunement is something she'll have to find out by using it.

Any questions I missed?

I think we're just waiting on Cratol and Velon now.

Daishain can Velon reach the beast for a strike before it and Poljen are too deep into the dark hole to see? Will lighting a torch take a full action?

The Stalker will move further into the hole before Velon goes again, so no.

Lighting a torch can be done with a standard action.

Edit: Okay, I'll allow it this time, but for future reference, throwing the torch would normally have taken another standard action.

Since Lia goes before the creature, I am hoping she can get up and either do some form of attack on it, or heal Poljen before it is out of sight. Unless… does she have Guiding Bolt available?
