Aye, I'm backing Chris's idea about getting a clear list of everyone by order of initiative, that will make it easier to actually plan a correct battle strategy.
For example: is Mari actually quicker than Oswald in filling up Cratol's spot ? Can the monk really bounce over the Duergar line ninja-style ? Etc etc
So yeah, initiative should be carefully considered.
One more mechanical question: considering Jack can use the Help action to give avantage on anyone's attack roll within a 30' radius, does he have to declare his choice before his ally's attack roll, before his ally's post or just before the Dungeon Master's resolution post ? Anyone knows how this is supposed to work ?
Looks like I'll be using this capacity of his quite a lot on this campaign, so might as well get it right, eh…
For initiatives, I have: Oswald, Poljen, Jack, Lia, Mary, Fay, Geoffroy, Elyria, Cratol, Poppo, Velon
Mari is in the middle of the intersection. At present I'm only showing Fay, Cratol, and Poljen at the northern line (To begin with at any rate) Not sure why you think she is in the way.
As for help, we'll keep it simple, just declare your intent before I resolve things.
Since she is acting after Oswald I'll have Mari stop after seeing that there is nowhere to fight. I guess she will go ten feet or so then stop. Mari will then turn around and move to J22 and wait for a chance to ambush someone. No need to have her just standing around at the north end.

Christian, there is no reason Poppo can't drop a fireball. Just put it where it will only get duergar, at least mostly.
And I always have Poljen rush into the thick of the fighting since his resistance to damage, and his excessive number of Hit Points, generally make it a tactically sound move… not just for glory!
