Thanks Daishain. In staying true to what my character would do, let's pop Shield and see what happens. Since I referenced it in my post I think I should follow through with that intent even if it doesn't help.

Please let me know how much damage to mark off.

Oh I knew that I was placing Cratol in a bad position but he is thinking of a way to break the shield wall. That will bring our strength to bear upon them if he can succeed.

So with the Bless, that first roll is now an 18... I am not sure if that hits. If the duergar had grown into its larger size, I am sure it would hit. But I don't know the AC for them at normal size… so since I want to be sure, and both damage rolls were really good, I will roll the Inspiration to add to that 18...

Lia drawing and sheathing weapons are a non-action. You should be able to draw and attack with the sword this turn.

Robert, technically, you are only allowed to do one free object interaction per turn.

That stated, I would be entirely inclined to let her draw as a bonus action if she so desires.
