The Quiet Shadow says...Well if the Dungeon Master has a way of getting Geoffroy there, I am willing to get things moving to have him join or even edit my last post for such. Maybe that he had decided to follow not too long after the group left to check on them. Whatever may work and not seem to intrusive, if you feel the cleric's presence would actually benefit.

Already had two people join what was intended to be a small scouting party after the fact, sorry, but I think I'll cut it off there. If they take a while to get back, or you have particular reason to worry, it would be appropriate for him and others to go checking on them.
Ironically, had Sar'ai not joined with them, Elanna would've seen the encounter and the entire group would know.
P.S. Kyr, more than you might think 
. If such was her purpose, she would serve as an excellent party member herself.
