I'm holding off on posting until Velon sees what happens with the first 4 in, whether they all go in and close the door, leave Poppo there and exit, etc. Right now he really doesn't know what's going on, especially until there's a response to Message.
Also curious as he looks into this upper hall if the ogres are there or patrolling and looking elsewhere.

The ogres are basically just slowly wandering up and down the hall. They're near you guys at the moment, but if you wait a little while, there's a good chance you can slip into Rezmir's room behind them as they move away.
In any case, yeah, need a consensus on what you're doing, unless Cratol is sticking to his guns on dashing in.

Ok, thank you on the ogres.
For Velon I really feel that he needs to see what happens with the lead group of prisoners and guards before he can act. He'd prefer not to have the remaining band rush past Rezmir's door or fight ogres right there if it is still open. His urgency may also depend on whether it sounds like there is fighting going on in there or just talking, etc.
If Cratol is indeed launching the attack and Velon can see or hear that, I can post further.

The Quiet Shadow says... Using a bit of meta knowledge, yet justifying it by playing it off what Zarra had been told about the ruse when meeting back up with the others. Though it may be a useless effort, I will have the drow still try to play off that they are two guards who had found two trespassers in the castle… at least until everyone else gets there.

I never figured you'd just abandon him in there. I was wondering if you wanted to risk leaving him just long enough to regroup the entire party outside her door, maybe give Poppo a chance to get her focused on something other than you.
