I just read over the rules for the race. Hoo-boy what a complex tracking that would be! Single action, but bonus action, one concentrates the other fights, transfer conditions as you choose. Wow.

Sounds like you read the page for the homebrew 5E version. Try looking up the original 3.5e Dvati sometime.

3.5e sure has a lot more options in it that when I used to play on tabletop. Must make for a bit of a lawyer's sidegame when people try to bring in homebrew.

Very random thought, but do we still need to cure those bitten by the werewolves? I forget if Lora did that for one or both who were afflicted.

We’ve not stopped long enough to cure them, yet. Sorry, you still got hair growth where you weren’t expecting any!

Yeah we are still a long rest from having side effects from the werewolf bites. On a plus not I will have the strength of 15 for a bit until cured *smile*.

Poljen will indeed try to break the chains on the Dvatis, but I am waiting for Velon to make his final decision. If we are going for a long rest, Poljen will rage and try an Athletics check to pull them apart. For a short rest, he will take Gundahar's axe (Two-hander, if I recall) and use it methodically to remove their shackles.

By the way, can our mages check the weapon for any enchantments?

Oh, and with short rest, I will spend an HP. I will roll twice, but as always spend them one at a time, so if the first does it, he doesn't use the second.

I forgot about the exhaustion too. I imagine it will be almost impossible to take out a vampire, fire giants, and maybe a dragon with little magic. Hm…
