Well you know the way plans can always go awry as soon as you first start the well laid plans. So far wee have been lucky and able to take people out while they are asleep.
We spotted the undead in one of the front guard towers after it took off thus it is still on/in the castle someplace.

Lets see:
-only the one entry/exit to the pilot room. No windows. If wondering, the control panel has the magical equivalent of a monitor on it, set to provide an exterior view, you just haven't found how to turn it on yet.
-The map shows a number of dots marked on the map. The castle's current heading is directly towards one of them, a spot in the Sunset Mountains. It is perhaps 120 miles west of Cratol's family home. People can roll History checks to realize the significance of that place. Velon and Tazskan would be doing so with advantage.

Daishain, protection from energy doesn’t state a limit the target has to stay within, just 1 hour and concentration. By that I understand that they can go anywhere and still be protected.

I'm going to say the subject of a conc spell needs to stay on the same plane as the caster, but tooling around the castle? No problem.
It takes an action to dismiss your familiar. Presumably, that means it takes some arcane action on your part to achieve.

The pseudodragon would be a great help here. It could go with the stealth group and there is no 100' limit to communication. Tazkan could see what we are doing the whole time and keep Velon and the others updated. Plus he could speak through it if he wanted to pass on any information to us.
