I figured she was going to take a round or two. And that is why we were not getting too far away from the door. We're having a bit of bad luck on taking the cultists out. If Poljen had a Rage, he'd be swinging the great axe, and probably reckless the whole time. I am hoping that as the others come out of the room (Poppo, Zarra, Lora… heck, Esmerandia should get her/their butt(s) out to join in as well), maybe we can reduce the cultist numbers even more. And one or two could use some good magic on the vampire.
Poppo's coming out, the next two on your list are already helping. As to Esmerandia, she sitll hasn't been given a weapon save for that axe she proved to be ineffective with. She might have done better with bows, but no one thought to provide her with such.
She's a quite and shy person to begin with, has been rather nastily abused, and the one target she's most likely to snap out of her funk for and attack is already dead. Right now she's scared and being dragged about by people she doesn't know even if they do seem here to help. Her speaking up and being assertive isn't exactly likely right now.
I think I somehow missed Esmerandia's existence, but it sounds like she is an NPC who the party rescued. I assume I got introduced to her off screen during the rest. Does Nikolaos have any sort of first impression or is there anything I immediately need to know?

Esmerandia was indeed rescued. She is a set of twins (I forget the specific race…) that are treated as a single entity. Nothing for Nikolaos to worry about right now.
But I just noticed… Poppo's fireball to the west can be dropped to catch all the archers, AND the line of three cultists on Velon. Radius of 20 feet means diameter of 40! Even with the poor damage roll, that will cause them some serious consternation…
