I think that she is not strong enough to open the door. Hopefully others will get down there to help her real soon.

The Awakened says...

She could always Thaumaturgy the door open, but that would kill any stealth. Probably best to wait on the muscle to come help.

Minor spoiler, but Kntoran is right. The makers of this door wanted the Giants who entered to feel the weight and be reminded of the solemnity of this place.

And so we're talking about a massive slab of stone that weighs about half a ton. The hinges they're mounted on are very very good, but even if no friction was involved at all, that's a lot of mass to move.

Not seeing the coffin is not good. I wonder if she has it hidden with magic or if it is in a different crypt that is not reserved for the royals.

I take it the hawk was not able to follow the vampire's myst for too far? Any note on where the trail was lost?

I get a bad feeling about this. Vampires like to have their resting place guarded by something. What better to guard it than a white dragon.

Too bad Taz is down. His divine sense might find her easily. Does Velon have it? The hawk would have been balked at the door as well.

The hawk got no further than any of you did following the mist. Closed doors are a pretty big weakness for birds.
