This looks bad now. Velo failed his save and I believe others dropped, too. Hopefully those still up and not behind the ice wall can finish off the dragon.
Taz you may be able to keep your Blasts and try to break the ice. Might as well try something!
After that second breath attack I think it will be a miracle if all the characters live to the end of the day.
Ugh. Lora failed to blink out of there so she will drop next turn. Unfortunately she will take auto damage from the fog each round which will kill her in a round or two. Her and Taz are in a death trap. Hopefully he can break through the wall.
The part that concerns me the most about this situation is that Velon and Zarra have the teleportation scroll and dragon mask respectively. With both of them down we can't even teleport out quickly. No last second retreat to save who we can. I know no one wants to talk about it but we might want to consider retreating from the cavern if possible. Killing this dragon is just a bonus for this mission. All of our melee characters are down besides Poljen at 5 hitpoint. We are in grave danger of a TPK at this point. Just something to consider.

Nikolaos will not be the first one to flee. He is here to recover the sundial and the dragon is the main obstacle in his way. He sees this assault on the dragon as the best chance to recover it, and an opportunity that may not happen again.
A detail that may save Lora. The damage comes at the end of the turn. If she heals herself or otherwise mitigates the damage she'll at least buy time for another Blink attempt.
And the campaign has its first true casualty, discounting deaths due to the player dropping out. I'd be sorry to see Zarra go, though a resurrection should be possible if the others make it through the fight, they'd certainly be able to afford paying for it.
