I would like perhaps Cratol, and/or appropriate NPC? To take Tazskan, or some others? To acquire some mithral armor.
I did read a previous post from Dai, that mithral, was not in available in immediate vicinity. I'm kind of hoping that the appropriate merchant isn't to far away?
I did mention to Cinder, that Tazskan would logically choose to accompany Velon on a trip to Suzail.
If the mithral, could be acquired close by, perhaps on the way? So much the better. Or purchase it on the way back?
Obviously, most if not all of us could afford to purchase the mithral without any problem. Thanks to the Dragons hoard.
Tazskan, after having a close encounter with a vampire already, would also like to purchase a silver cross, on the way to Suzail if that's ok with everyone? Might need Cratol to show the way?
I would like to with everyone's permission take one of the potion of healing(From the hoard). Most likely, Tazskan would be using it to heal others. I would recommend two others take the other two.
I would like all, of us to keep in a safe place the 3 remaining diamonds. They are extremely useful, for resurrecting purposes (My preferred option.) I can look after one of them, if two others look after the other two?
If there's anytime left, Tazskan can help with whosoever is fortifying the castle. We will need some kind of ballista's installed.

I personally don't see the fan token being of a lot of use to us, unless Dai is liberal with how it can be used, and we could use it to disperse dangerous effects such as stinking cloud.
The Staff of the Python requires attunement and the only characters who can are Taz, Lia, and Nikolaos. I would think it would be best with Lia so that way our dedicated healer has a personal bodyguard. I don't know if she has the attunement slots available to her though. If she doesn't Nikolaos does and I think it would be fun.
The drift globe can come in handy if we ever run into a vampire again.
I never got a 100% certain answer on if Nikolaos could lay claim to a cloak of protection that the group seemed to have.
Edit: Could I get the specific statistics for the siege weapons on top of the modified not quite instant fortress?

The drift globes power doesn’t work on vampires, sadly. Dividing our loot cash only by eleven (1 for the castle share) and including the diamonds as castle share, we each get 3,766. Castle share will be 1500 in diamonds and 2,267 in gold. We will have see what we can divvy up, from the leftover stuff we decide to sell, but do we want to take a side quest for getting the armour uncursed? I personally wouldn’t want to. Although Armor of resistance would do someone good I’m sure.

Gknight thanks for pointing out the drift globe thing and also for pointing out my flawed calculation on wages. I don't know how I missed seeing the services section in the PHB I was just going off of lifestyle expenses wanting to have hirelings at a comfortable level. The services section would take into account that we are putting a roof over their head and probably feeding them as well. That will make the money go a lot further.
Okay, so, in regards to finances:
Basic servants such as maids are going to fall into the untrained hireling category at 2 SP per day. Kitchen help will be in that category as well, but you'll need at least one person with formal training/experience to head that up, they'll cost more.
The people you'll need to hire for refitting will be a mixture of skilled and unskilled laborers, how much that will run you is going to depend on how much you want done and how fast.
Guards are going to be the real money sink in the long run. They fall into the trained hireling category at 2 GP per day, and you'll need a fair number of them. Presuming eight hour shifts and at least 2 days a week off duty, just having one person manning each of the seven guard towers 24/7 will take thirty people, for 60 gold per day. That doesn't include anyone left over for patrolling anywhere else, or the cost for officers to oversee those people.
Party members can take on certain roles and keep costs down that way, but you may still need other skilled specialists, such as a treasurer.
Supplies are going to be an issue at some point. That's a lot of mouths to feed overall, and the castle doesn't exactly have its own farm.
On the positive side, the idea of using the castle as a trade transport looks promising. Taking over Redcliffe's existing trade routes would not be much more profitable. But this contraption can travel much further and faster than the wagons can, and there are places in the world where Iron is nearly as valuable as gold.
There may also be a market for high profile transportation services, once the living quarters have been adjusted for medium creatures. Think a really swanky cruise ship. Downside there of course is the probability of enemies sneaking people on board.
If people want to spend time getting the castle set up properly, and maybe do a few side quests to make it fully self sufficient, I would be happy to accommodate that. It will be rather easy to push back the main story event timeline wise.
In regards to what is coming up, I will freely tell you that things are opening up a bit. Previously you've been chasing after a particular objective, with little agency on where you go. From now, you'll mostly get to pick your objectives and your approach to them. Stuff will happen without you if you choose to go in a different direction.
Oh, yes, Poljen wanted to know the old cloud giant king's name. Its Blagothkus.

Cratol will be busy for a while learning more about governing his lands. He will help as he can with getting some ballista for our castle and making sure they are installed. Depending on the costs of the ballista he may purchase them for the castle saving the castle funds.
Kingowl, Lia has an attunement slot open. She would be glad to have the Staff of the Serpent. It would be very helpful for her to have a bodyguard like that.
Anron, Lia would be more than willing to hold onto a diamond when she joins the group. She could use one to power her revivify spell to bring someone back. She already has one such diamond so these would enable her to restore 4 people to life.
Daishain, I'm ready for Lia to return whenever it will make sense for the story. I'll just follow along with the story until then. I'm fascinated to see how the sky castle will work out!

Considering the castle can travel over thousand miles in a day, it was immensely faster than any other mode short of teleport.
I’m thinking that if we can come up with a monthly expenses budget, we can then decide how much cash the castle needs to have. Renovations and other similar add-ons into the castle would have to be separately dealt with. I especially agree with the idea of getting suitable long range weapons to defend us with. You are right in that we should probably ask someone skilled enough in CJ engines to convert that magic longbow from the Giants into a central weapon. If I remember right the castle is 600 feet across at its long dimension, so any weapons will have to be on its edges.
