I am just hoping it is an effect that can be directly dispelled and she doesn't have too many other nasty surprises for us. I wish my other roll had been as good but if I was only to get one I got the right one.

Dai, can we try to tell what that spell that turns people into harmless snakes is? I know they tried doing it to Perry earlier, so maybe he has a chance at figuring it out with an Arcana check along with the Wizards? Basically, I just want to know if it works similarly to Polymorph, another spell Perry knows (I.e. If it can be broken by hitting the target and reducing it's HP to zero).

Dai, also can you please tell me what are those large six grayed out area's on the tactical map are?
Are they stone columns, that someone could hide behind, or sneak up for that matter?
Are they some kind of pedestal, or platform, where theses creatures, stand on and stare at one another? How high are they? Could someone hide behind them prone??
The smaller grayed out platform looks like where the Nagi is anyhow?
The spell is a variant of polymorph, and yes causing damage can end the form.
The six grey squares show where the statues mentioned before are. Someone hiding behind them would be possible. The smaller grey area would be an altar, and yes the Naga is currently behind it.
