Unfortunately Tazskan, doesn't have the "Tomepact" but rather "Pact of chain", for Warlock.
So I'm guessing, rituals wouldn't work for him.
The blood magic rod, would drain Tazskan of precious hit points, when casting higher level spells. So probably best to sell that item.
So most likely the best option is for him to get a bargain on a good crystal ball, for the scrying spell. A broom of flying. Mabe glammer up more the leather armor another +1?
Incidently, Tazskan has the ability to both speak, and hear in his voice through his familiar. So now no language barrier.
Does, the crystal balls come with varing magical properties? Or just stick to plain quartz??
If you want a crystal ball to do more than just be useful for your Scrying spell, you would need to commission the development of a magic item. That could take a while. And some serious cash, even if one of the groups casters/wizards can make it do what you want.
Lia will be looking for a cube of force item. Mari will purchase a +1 shortsword.
Lia is taking the average plus 1 for hitpoints. She traded out spirit guardians for life transference. She picked up mass cure wounds, raise dead, contagion and greater restoration. With greater restoration she can remove one level of exhaustion per casting.

How much do each of us have? I'm not exactly sure what to get for Zarra, though an idea of what may be available could be nice. An update to her +2 longbow would be nice, though perhaps not so much just a numeral bonus as another effect.
Okay, let me see if I can't knock most of this out real quick.
You've managed a 10% discount on any purchased goods. (In theory it would be higher or lower for individual items, just keeping it simple.)
Likewise, you've got a 12% bonus from things sold.
Yes, I am going to say you can stack appropriately related enchantments together, and even partly bypass attunement limitations that way. HOWEVER, the rarity of the enchantments stack as well, bumping the price up well beyond what they would be individually. So if stacking an Uncommon enchantment onto a Rare item, you're going to be paying Legendary prices for it.
In regards to the fortress, I've given free reign to make largely cosmetic changes that are not normally allowed for that item. However there's a standing warning that comes with that, start to abuse it mechanically, and the thing will glitch out, in a probably rather costly fashion (Such as the utter destruction of every bit of the goods you crammed in there.)
Kyr, I've been meaning to ask, are you happy with the way Mari is being handled? If you like I could hand full control over to you.
Dai, can you please state the value of the things sold, as they are mostly custom, or do I ballpark based on near items? The only two items I'd need a price on, with the second method, is the metal sphere key and the cursed mask. Everyone will now receive a total of 5621 GP. Lawrance has already spent most of it. .
Edit: Please note updated final loot value. I forgot a zero on the spreadsheet.

Daishain, I like the way you are handling Mari. I would like full control over her if possible though. It's hard to know what to do with her sometimes without knowing her actual stats.
I'm surprised that no one is looking at purchasing the sword of dragon slaying. It certainly wouldn't be metagaming. Our group knows that we will run into more dragons eventually and that sword would be great insurance for our next dragon encounter.
