We are not a BIGGER army… but we are a better, stronger, faster army. They thought they were going to grab the big, dumb barbarian. They never considered maybe the Silver Blaze was setting its own trap… and boy I would gladly bet that even if they thought there was a remote chance of that, they would not believe it was set in motion by said same big, dumb barbarian.

I bet we could bait and beat up a band of thugs in Waterdeep, next. What does everyone think? I like our odds. The Silver Blaze is the single best street fighting gang any of these people have ever seen, perhaps in the history of Faerun, even! Maybe we could make money off of it somehow. Perhaps local tough guys would take the bet, at least before word spreads.

Daishain, the Tiamat and mask stuff can wait, right?

I am afraid we might be told to leave Baldur's Gate and never return after this is sorted out. No city wants a full blown war within it's walls. Please no one cast fireball. That's all we need is to burn half the city down. I would imagine the locals will be terrified after seeing blood soaked streets, elementals tossing people around and other worldly tentacles grappling people *wink*.

Please… this is a city that has a hired mercenary band as its security force. There are crime groups working in this city. I'm not sure this will make the top 10 of the worst days in the city this year… we've only seen one or two of these guys go down, and they may yet survive…

You don't think a massive air elemental tossing people everywhere and tentacles coming up from the ground snatching people up isn't a little different? Bloodshed is one thing but open use of higher level magic isn't something that happens every day in a city. I'm sure it will be frowned upon just a bit. I'm glad Lia didn't join in. She won't be banned from the city at least *wink*.

It is like the avengers taking on street thugs. Poljen/Hulk, Velon/Thor, Lawrance/ Dr Strange. *laugh*.

So worried about appearances! Remember, Poljen is the victim here! Just out having a fun day, enjoying the pleasures Baldur's Gate has to offer, and then set upon by thugs! It sounds as if the city needs to improve its security forces! .

If they can muster a small army to attack with, this must not be too out there for in-city conflicts. That is why I chose an air elemental however- less collateral damage.
Ooh, and I want to be Dr. Strange.
