The Quiet Shadow says...Zarra does still have the mask! Also, by avoiding combat or casting spells, the drow is supposed to still be avaliable. Once she has a clear shot to leave, she will take it and try to head out of there.

Daishain do you have notes on the initiative order and the distances of different PC's to the kobolds, dragon, etc. That you could share? Obviously the order of operations here is going to be extremely critical.
Also, were we able to contact the castle during the ride?

Great, thanks! That will be either a very good thing for support or extraction, or potentially very bad. (Like if we get trapped and have to use the teleportation scroll, we leave the castle to get wrecked by a dragon. Oops!).

Daishain, understood. I figured it was something. You usually remember to include AoOs, but I wanted to make sure. Thanks for the explanation! By the way, the prince is currently unarmored, right? I am hoping against hope that the 14 still hits him… but I can wait for your next update!

I know a lot of folks are already casting spells and rolling attacks and whatnot, but I'm going to hold off until we get a bit more info on the threats we see and a general idea on where people are. Perry is in the very back of the tunnel so I assume he can't see much right now anyway. I mainly rolled initiative just to get into the proper order for the Dungeon Master.

Covering fire for extraction of Zara and Mari, attack all hostiles, or just help with the extraction. And or rescue??
