I don't like revising too much in a Play By Post game. Its easy enough in person, here…
With that in mind I would prefer it if, as much as possible, we handled that via conditionals. Let me know what kind of circumstances would trigger the use of CS ahead of time.

Okay, Conditional use of CS for this battle. Lawrance observes a spell being cast that would damage or disable two or more PCs, or a spell that would cause a serious inconvenience to the party such as a Wall of fire/stone/force or other barrier against the party all working together or joining forces. Should I roll some Arcana for this purpose, and you just use them as spells get cast?
Edit: Added Arcana rolls for spell identification.

Yes, by all means make an arcana roll.
And yes, if one way or another you can honestly claim that you'd never let such and such spell slip by, I will roll things back if I must. Just trying to keep the number of such incidents down.
He isn't there, no, but I wanted to make sure that he could react if he sees spells that should be countered once he arrives. With this provision enacted, it allows for better use of the CounterSpell mechanic, without messing up the game posts. From posting and Initiative, I have no idea who is next to pop out of the tunnel, but Lawrance was trying to be next.
Help, seems my drow has become a damsel in distess! Chuckles.
Though really, I'm going to try to see if there's anything I can do to get her out of this situation. Not sure what I could do, unless there is a way for her to wiggle out if the troll's grasp or even bite its hand if she has too.
Daishain, I am going to make an offer. I am assuming that he is doing enough damage to the stone to get free. Whichever strike finishes it off, I am willing to let whatever damage is leftover to go into Poljen. Obviously the slashing damage leftover would be reduced but the cold would not.
