For Susan, her necklace of adaptation flavor text says it encloses her in a shell of fresh air. That might be a barrier against this too.
Strangely enough, anyone with Arcana can apparently disable magical traps, too. Could Lawrance safely disable the alarm, presuming he doesn't roll a one again?
Daishain, something just struck me. I may be misremembering something or other, though…
One ward is an alarm. Presumably if we ignore it and toddle right by, it goes off, sending an alert to whoever placed it. If we remove it, nothing happens as far as I can tell.
The other ward is holding the water back from flooding the cavern. If we ignore it, it sits there and stays in place? Or does it go POP and let the water rush inside? If we Dispel (Or somehow otherwise remove it), does the water stay in place, or flood us all? Before a final move is made at this juncture, I want us to know the consequences. At least as best as our magic users can tell, that is. Poljen has no clue of course.
I totally forgot about Morgaine's Necklace of Adaption. I really need to look and pay attention better… geez. That is the second time I have done so and I have her character sheet in a binder.
I don't know who will attempt to disarm the ward. I'm rolling for Mari just to get things going. If a wizard has a better shot at it since it's magical then feel free to attempt it as well. Rolling with advantage since Thomas said Zarra would help.
