I'll wait to see the results of Lia's heals before posting. My main concern is the Prince using Counterspell or Dispel Magic on the Polymorph. I have an idea to avoid the Counterspell, but not Dispel sadly. If possible, and if Lia's heals are great, I may try to wait one more turn here to try and lock down the prince one more time. Tough choices all around here.
I like the challenge of our enemies being so intelligent. They are targeting the wizard who has done so much damage and the healer. That's smart. Hopefully the group can keep them busy enough so Lia can drop some more big heals over the next few turns. I feel good about this. Lia is a much better healer than Lora was. The only handicap is all those lost spell slots before the battle started.
I'd like to echo Kyr's sentiment from before. Guys please, at the very least, keep your HP up to date on your character sheet. It's on YOU to track your hit points and current health based on the damage that's been done, not the Dungeon Master or anyone else. You should know if you passed the saving throw. You should know how much damage was done. You should know whether or not your character has fallen unconscious. The other players, especially the support characters, need to know your status if we are to make good decisions here.

I know my character's status very well - ouchies! This next round resolution shall be most interesting and educational. Possibly with various species entrails scattered over the cavern, possibly only two. Good heal, Lia! May it be the key to our victory!
Morgaine, has 94 as a starting number for hit points; add the +8 from earlier; that gives her 102 hit points. I don't believe she has taken any damage as of yet. Unless I missed something, if so I am sorry. She also has not done the recent saves from poison or cold. Plus does her Necklace of Adaption play into those roles? I don't want to miss anything before I post for her.
I just looked up the necklace and here's what it says
And Susan, I was just looking at the tactical map. Assuming Morgaine is not down, whether due to good Saving Rolls and/or Lia's magic, if she moves to AB-25, NEXT round she should be Flanking the prince, thus getting Advantage on her attack rolls. I know she might prefer to hit the dragon, but if it is in the air, I would go hit the prince as hard and as often as you can. Poljen goes after your turn… wait! Daishain, if she moves to that position but holds her action until Poljen moves to his spot at Z-23, would she get Advantage THIS turn as well? Also if an AoO arises under those circumstances, does one get Advantage on the AoO as well?
Susan, you must have taken some damage as the quote below is from several rounds ago, when Chuth did a breath attack through the hedge before transforming. The best any of us can do here is halve the damage, or do so twice by passing a save AND having had a potion or something. Either way damage is always taken with such AoE/magic attacks unless someone is specifically immune.
