The Protector. says...

In regards, to Tazskans inherent "Thought shield," and his pseudodragon.
While, the pseudodragon is now focusing his efforts on the Gnomes tower.

I will, have Tazskans thoughts "Readable" only by the Gnome illusionist. So via the pseudodragon, Tazskan will telepathically convey, the following message:
(1) He means no harm, and comes in peace.
(2) Will enquire if he (The gnome), needs assistance, against Cyanwrath?

Have I missed something? How exactly is Tazskan telepathically projecting his thoughts?

Thought shield is a defensive technique. It only really applies if someone is trying to read one's mind.

The Protector. says...

Ok, got it thought shield is more like a deffensive mechanism for Tazskan.
In that case, I will call his pseudodragon back to aid Mari and Perry.

Since, the thought shield is deffensive, I will allow only party members to read his mind.
While, he is on the surface, until further notice.

If I remember correctly Mari drawing her short swords is an aggressive act and therefore will cancel the invisibility she has. Correct me if I am wrong.

Invisibility only ends if the target attacks or casts a spell.

international QUOTE
A creature you touch becomes invisible until the spell ends. Anything the target is wearing or carrying is invisible as long as it is on the target's person. The spell ends for a target that attacks or casts a spell.

"Aggressive" actions do not end it unless they are explicitly taking the Attack action. However, her Invisibility will run out as soon as Perry casts Polymorph because he can only concentrate on one spell at a time. In this instance, Invisibility was used to give her the opportunity to get into a good position if we had to deal with more than one enemy.

Gknight, I had mentioned earlier the idea of using fireballs to help 'guide' the troops where we want them to go during the bombing run…

Corralling the enemy into a kill zone would be something to do. Getting them in their camp and then keeping them there as we bombard said camp could do a lot of damage to their forces. Eliminating a lot of their mages is something we need to think about so they do not turn those magics on us.

Guys, who can even cast fireball? Velon and Lawrance? There are 800 men! MAYBE Velon could scare those near a 40ft wide area to stay in the camp or run the other way for 18 seconds or so, then he's done. He also has to get within 150ft to do so. How accurate are we with dropping piles of stone from 1,000 feet again? I don't think he'll be too willing to get within 150ft of the intended drop area. He'd also have to get behind all of these mounted patrols to get that close to the camp, Lawrance needing to do the same on the opposite side of the camp to help corral them. Has this been thought through?
