I estimate it has been around 45 minutes, maybe a little less. Even with the delay at the tunnel exit, you guys proceeded fairly straight to this.
Don't forget the healing received, Onwen should be up at 7 HP, none of it temporary since the temp HP just got burned away.

Sounds about right to me.
Come to think of it, didn't you guys stop to use healing kits at some point? You'd have had the chance to. The things may take a minute to apply, but you've had several spare minutes.

Please, no one get offended about Lia not healing your character. I know that Onwen and Cahleth need healed. She only has two healing spells left and if they aren't saved for Poljen and Targul I'm worried about a total party wipe. I wish we would have had time for a short rest. This siege is really demanding on our resources.

I'm not offended at all. It's wise to save those heals for the tanks.
If we can retcon, Cahleth could apply a Healing Kit to those who were worst off while in the tunnel. If you were near max while in the tunnel though, it's a moot point.
I'll allow it, just remember that those resources are there to be used next time. Go ahead and roll to see how much your patients recover.
Also keep in mind that you can't benefit from a healer's kit again until you get that short rest in. (For some reason, slapping bandages on top of each other doesn't help much. ).

Ok, thanks to our kind and generous Dungeon Master, we can retcon some healing.
IF you were injured while in the tunnels I can apply one charge of the kit to you. It does 1d6+4. Again, probably only useful if you were down 7 or more HP in the tunnel.
