Looking to Kresnik, she nods before moving to Kundal's side to check on his condition as well saying softy, "You are very brave, we shall take care of you." Her hand brushes his cheek, to allow a touch of conforting contact, though the paladin was uncertain if he noticed.
With such Kyra would close her eyes, before then concentrating so as to see if that faint evil aura was still there. The paladin hoping to at least sense such was weaker though offering a soft prayer that Kundal would live through this. She trusted in the goddess of redemption to help see this through. "I do wonder if it is different for one born with it compared to one that it is forced upon. I would think that growing with it would be viewed a blessing while those it was thrust upon a curse. Too easy for people to make assumptions. I do hope it helps him."
Kyra can still sense some deep evil within the barbarian's soul. It fluctuates so you can't tell if it's weaker than last time, but likely about the same faint aura - certainly not stronger.
As Kresnik is checking his vitals, Kundals eyes open. He reorients himself and says, "I feel weak. I need to go rest. Can I go back to the inn?"
"Hmm," Kyra says in consideration, before with a shake of her head as she advises, "I suggest you stay here for the night to rest. I am sure we can get you something to drink, much as I promised before." The paladin offers a reassuring smile, hoping that Kundal agrees to stay.
She looked to Theaton and Jesla as she says softly to them, "I still sense a faint yet deep aura of evil within, I worry that the curse has yet to be rooted out." Kyra did not feel it was safe to let him leave, yet would submit to the decision of those before her. Edited: Thomaslee on 27th May, 2017 - 1:53pm
Theaton stand up, "If the curse has not been lifted I think it is best that he stays here in the castle until such a time as we can be assured that he is no longer a threat to others. Kyra, Mykael please escort him to a room that he can be secured within for his own safety and the safety of others. Provide him with food and drink so that he is comfortable. We can adjourn for the night and take this back up in the morning. Post a guard around the outside of his room If anything changes I am to be notified immediately no matter the time." Theaton walks over to Kundal. "I hope you understand and that the safety of all is important to me even yours." Turning to Jesla. "Come with me Jesla so we can further discuss some of this in my rooms." Theaton heads to his rooms.
Kundal relents, "I can stay here. Can someone go inform the innkeeper and pay for my room? Or take my things somewhere to keep them safe?"
He goes to one of the many guest bedrooms of your castle and stays in his room.
Out of Character: The next opportunity to see if he transforms is early next month, in 2 weeks. I presume Jesla will join him for training during the day? What about the second week? What will everyone else do during that time?
Splitting the cost of the poison between all the leaders?
"Right, I suggest that we retrieve his things and bring them to Kundal's room. No need to pay for an empty room"
"I can have several doses prepared before the next full moon. We could also simply keep trying again starting tomorrow, and see if that aura fades on subsequent attempts."
Regardless of the decision, Kresnik will prepare the next few doses of Belladonna himself, among other things, he wants the others focused on other tasks.
