Fears over nuclear weapon plans
An ex-UN arms inspector says a smuggling ring acquired blueprints for an advanced nuclear weapon, a newspaper reports.

When the Soviets closed up shop didn't a lot of their nuclear stockpile also fall into the wrong hands? This could of included a lot of information about building the bomb so nothing really making news here.

Blueprints For An Advanced Nuclear Weapon History & Civil Business Politics
I think if some bad people have access to the blue prints of these weapons can spell danger to the whole world. I hope that all countries strive to keep nuclear weapons out of the hands of any terroristic type group.
