Navy dolphins to help rare vaquita porpoise

Bottlenose dolphins trained by the U.S. Navy to search for underwater mines and detect enemy divers will be trying to locate some of the few surviving vaquita porpoises in Mexico’s Upper Gulf of California. The goal is to capture live vaquitas. Ref. Source 3z.

I love dolphins. They are such beautiful, intelligent animals. It is absolutely amazing what they can learn and do. This is a great story. I hope this vaquito porpoise story has a happy ending.
