Being charged with a crime once it can be viewed as possible false. Getting charged with the same type of crime a second time makes one look guilty. IF she is charged again I would say there is something going on. I have a feeling that this charge will more than likely stick. People need to realize that a woman can be charged with assault just as easy as a guy. She probably feels like she is privileged I bet.
