I was watching a documentary about the work of the Alaska State Troopers and they certainly do have their work cut out for them. Alaska State Troopers have to cope with the elements and a very difficult problem with alcohol that causes 95% of the crime in remote villages. Some villages have banned alcohol and ask the Alaska State Troopers to enforce it.
