Lecithin enhances antimicrobial properties of the essential oil, eugenol

Lecithin, a natural emulsifier commonly used in processed foods, synergistically enhances the antimicrobial properties of the natural essential oil, eugenol, but only when applied in very small quantities, report scientists. Ref. Source 4o.

Lecithin

I am one who tends to stay away from a lot of processed foods. It is my believe that the over processing of our foods is a leading cause to the increased issues with autism in children. I am not sure how much Lecithin is in the processed foods but I doubt it is the small quantities that would be beneficial.
