Visiting every country in the world is a very good feat in of itself. I have not visited even close to that. I say good job to her. Spending two to five days in each one is great. Some places are worth five days while others may not. Since this was not a sight seeing tour I think she did a great thing. I would not mind going on this type of trip to see the different cultures to be able to interact with a few people and head to the next place. I think it would be a very refreshing change to see the countries and talk to the people of the world.
